Part two (If you missed part one look for the post title With the word story AND promised in it!!)
It was late and the wind was chill. Rhain had to find shelter from the unbearable weather. He had been tracking the wolf prints for three days now, and he was beginning to tire. The cold was sapping the energy from his body and he knew that if he did not find good shelter from the wind and warmth of some kind he would die. Death was but another great adventure to him, but he couldn't help the feeling of purpose he had. It was as if he was not yet finished with some great task. Lord Death confirmed it. He stayed his mighty hand as Rhain feel to his knees to the snow. As if to mock him snow started to fall from the sky. He remembered looking up and seeing nothing but black sky, broken only by swirling snowflakes before fainting.
A curious feeling was starting all over his body. Is this what death feels like he thought. There was no pain only a tickling sensation, as if a willow branch were being run up and down his body. Then a sharp pain in his side and a blast of heat. Is this hell, he tought franticlly. No it can't be. For at that moment he heard a voice that sounded as if a thousand angels were singing. Do angels sing in hell, no they wouldn't god is not that twisted to fate me with a taste of heaven before sending me off to the inferno. As he lay there other sensations were coming to him. He could now feel the hard wood that he lay on and the direction of the heat. It came from, what he discovered when he was finally able to open his eyes, a fireplace. He lifted of of his shoulders to get a better view of the room he was in and noticed he was not alone. Sitting in the far corner was the shape of a woman, bent and crippled with age, a heavy load for any being. She was croneing softly to herself. He tried to speak, but found that he could not! Rhain must of made some sound though for the old woman looked up sharply. She said, "I see that your awake. Your one of the luckiest people I know for you chose to faint not five feet from our home. Did you not notice it while you were out there? Oh of coarse ou can't speak. Your still thawing out. My neice has been attending you. She was just in here singing the most beautiful song of healing. That's a gift of hers...healing.

Okay enough for one post. so tell me what you think. Thanks for the encouragement and all!! If you want give some ideas there always welcome and I know that once you give one and it's used you get a speacil feeling when you read it in the story. So don't be shy. Love you guys.

Jenny
