Am I that weird????
I went to that program today (which was totally fun) and it rocked but there was this one guy there who was for some reason totally avoiding me.
Like, he talked to me..... sorta. He had his (and hopefully mine as well before the class is over) friend AJ asking me questions for him like, if I was really into anime and if I was into yaoi and crap like that. And he even avoided me after I said that I wasn't (into yaoi, which I'm not. I have nothing against it but it bothers me to read/watch it myself). I figured that was his problem since he'd never met a "real otaku" (For girl "otaku" yaoi is a big thing I guess? All the ones I've met/read in manga have been into it...) whatever the frick that means. I mean when you hang out with nothing but anime fans and gamers and stuff how can you not meet an otaku?
Anyways, yeah this guys avoiding me is starting to bug me... I mean yeah I was wearing my Samurai 7 shirt and my neon genesis purse but I didn't look that weird... And I didn't say anything to him or AJ or the other guys to drive him away. Grrr, I'm gonna ask AJ wat's up tomorrow. I don't like being avoided by people who don't even know me and have no reason to avoid me >.>
Other then that guy though the summer program is totally fun ^^ We're going to a chocolate factory.... Thursday I think to see what math is used in making chocolate then next Wednesday we're visiting ASU's Polytech institute.
We did nothing but play math games the whole day...... actually not even the whole day. Like, a third of our time went to breaks and lunch, a third to math, and the rest went into a tour of the school and getting to know each other that's in our "class" (we were split into two groups or "classes" for the next two weeks).
I can't wait for tomorrow. I mean the math part was a bit boring, and we get homework and tests but they are so easy that they pretty much aren't even work. Lol, and we don't get graded. We get paid with monopoly money. lol, the teachers are actioning off their goods (last year it was a used PS2 and a TV to go) to the person with the most "cash" at the end of the two weeks.
Plus I wanna see what's AJ's friend's problem with me. I mean I don't even know the guy, hmph.
Well, I'mma check my e-mail and go watch a Chinese movie I got a blockbuster yesterday. Bye ^^
