Cursed the darn luck
My previous class just pissed me off almost to the highest degree. Two weeks ago in Elective Media, we were split into groups to work for our first assignment. The objective was to compose questions that revolves around clients discovering the purpose of a company that is asking for assistance in promoting their business. The questions have to be based accordingly on the company's primary objective so that the advertisers can chart down specific information given through interview. The two groups took turns in the interview as clients and company representatives.
Fast forward to today: When the two groups gathered to discuss the overall objective for each company, there wasn't enough dialogue to work w/, plus we had a different lab teacher assigned for Mon. This became a huge dillemma throughout the beginning of class for these reasons:
- Both groups had little information to work w/.
- Half of the people from my group were not present for class.
- Even the instructor had no idea what the hell we were suppose to do.
It really aggrevated me because not only do I have to start from square one due to lack of organization from the instructor, but I also have to do it because the half of my group failed to participate in one class. I'm trying to get my money's worth so that I can obtain a proper education, and yet instead I am forced to come back to the work that has already been done. I don't mean to be frustated today, but after the previous course, I am really bugged and upset over the entire thing.
On a lighter note, I was netsurfing on the Internet this morning, when I ran into an interesting article regarding the distinctions between Japanese pro-wrestling and pro-wrestling in the states. It also discuss how Japanese promotions succeeded in capturing the eyes of professional wrestling fanatics through relying on the matches themselves w/o the need for storylines. At the point where I started to finish reading the article, I thought to myself, "Could it be interesting if the U.S. pro-wrestling promotions (besides TNA) would adopt this method from the Japanese promotions?"
I'm still thinking about this question, which almost led me to doubt if the WWE is started to focus more on certain match-ups based on competition and what the fans want much so than wandering in storylines that are almost the same storylines they use every single year. For instance, Triple H loses world title to anonymous wrestler, attempts to do anything to regain the title, manages to received top contendership, enters a match, cheats at the end, and synonomously regains the title. Not that I do not watch RAW or Smackdown anymore, it is just that the storylines are getting old, and I, if not the only one, am starting to realize it. It is obvious regarding what I have seen on Smackdown for the past two weeks, but that's just me.
The previous two paragraphs are not recommended to the people who have not sent wierd pms to various myO accounts. To the three people who did, you KNOW who you are. (Not you, fallen otaku.)
Signing off. I'm heading off to OB now. Tis' Well!
