Finished My Interview!
I've only given two interviews over the phone in my life. The first was for the Wallstreet Journal six years ago, when I ran a gaming network. Tonight was the second, with the folks of Anime Pulse.

It was very surreal to be INSIDE the podcast. Like opening a little door on the TV and walking inside a show. I said everything I wanted to say, so I'm happy in that regard.

To be honest I'm really anxious about hearing my voice in the podcast. Especially since I talk for like 30-40 minutes straight. Did I get my points across clear? Did I ramble? Was I coherent?

It should be up tomorrow evening.

Personal Toll
This battle against AnimeFF is taking a personal toll. I'm spending so much time investigating, writing, answering emails, and thinking about them that it's affecting other areas of my life. It's also delaying significantly the new Art Of Otaku.

I forgot my rent payment this month and now have almost $200 in late fees. I also got scolded at work because I did a poor job on a project.

I need to take steps to make sure this convention doesn't consume me. Ugh.

I have a splinter under the skin completely in my foot. Rather than go to a doctor I'm trying out something I read online.

I combined baking soda and water to create a sauce. I put the sauce on the skin over the splinter and applied a bandaid.

If what I read is correct, the baking soda will help dissolve the dead skin around the splinter and the body will push it out on its own, painlessly.

It sounds really weird and I admit there's a good chance I'm going to have to go to the doctor anyway, but worth a try.

Agent 001 completed mission #2. Mission #3 is pending.

On the operative's identity, my lips are sealed. It could be me, it could be a member of our community who commented or emailed me on my request, it could be a friend of mine, or it could be a lawyer. The possibilities are endless. It might even not be a "she" :-).

This is a great scene from a mediocre movie. I can't believe I found it on youtube.
