HATE page 10 CH. 1
“Sure, why not.” Kayne signed the poster then asked, “What is his name?”
“His name is Dustin.”
Kayne wrote: Dear Dustin,
Hope you have a great time in Tolain!

“Thank you so much, he’ll be so happy when he gets it.” They heard an arrow whistle through the air.
Kayne ducked and said, “Did you hear that!” There wasn’t an answer, just a thud! Kayne looked at the man and the arrow was in his neck, right where the armor did not cover. Blood seeped down into his undershirt then he said, “Please, t-take this to…” He stopped.
“Yes, I know… your son.” Kayne grabbed the rifle and the poster that the man had dropped and slide down the ladder. He saw small army advancing on the horizon. He then ran to the front of the village where the small guard team was positioned. They all went quietly into a trench where they could hear the footprints.
