New story prologue
well im gonna give the prologue of the new story im writing so be sure to tell me what you think.
Prologue
Joel is a sophomore in high school, with his brown hair and hazelnut eyes; it gives away his soft heart. He is the kind of person who would do anything for anyone in need. But is always worried about something bad happening, although nothing bad has ever happened to him, in his lifetime. The same can’t be said for his father. When he was 10 years of age his father was hit by a drunk driver while crossing the road in a small subdivision. But in a large city as this, drunken drivers could be anywhere. Drunken drivers are the least of his problems, for this large city is on the border of a terrorist country, and the terrorist have decided to take the city hostage. Hundreds of illegal aliens snuck into the city planting bombs on some of the major buildings in the city. When they have planted all that they feel they need, they will spring up out of now where, take the city under control, and threaten to blow all of it up if anyone from outside the city tries to help, whether it be supplies or ammunition, it matters not. Nothing enters or exits the city; anyone who tries to retaliate will be killed. But one school has a secret that may be the key to retaking the city. If you have the courage to try, success may not be that far away.
