ugh, school
School has started, and, unfortunately, it hasn't made it off to a good start. My school had 4 classes a day that lasted 90 minutes each. This way, we only had a subject for 1 semester. But now they have decided to change it to 6 periods a day like all the surrounding schools. Since I am a junior, I still have 4 periods a day because that is what I am used to. But it is so annoying because there is a HUGE overload of freshmen and bells are going off at random times in my classes for freshman to switch classes.
And don't get me started on lunchtime. It is seriously overcrowded and many people don't get lunch, they just stand in line the whole time. Last year, lunch lasted 35 minutes. This year, it only lasts 20 minutes. Which really sucks.
And to top it off, my schedule got screwed up and I am in some of the wrong classes. I submitted a form of request to the guidance office and they are so backlogged because the new registrar screwed up SO MANY schedules that they are going to call me Tuesday and tell me whether or not they can change my class!!!! This is rediculous!

Registering.
I went to school and registered today. I can't believe I am going to be a junior! Wow, I remember the first day of 5th grade when I met Kya like it was yesterday. I thought I was so grown up then! I bet I'll look back on this and think the same thing!
Sadly, I got all the hard teachers of my grade! Waah! No fair. I guess its for the better so I'll learn a lot. And now that my boyfriend is in college, I'll have a lot more time to study and catch up on drawing.

An interesting new pasttime
Ok. Don't laugh. My boyfriend's mom has been really adamant about teaching me how to knit. So, I knit now! Stop laughing! It's actually really hard and fun. I was surprised. I got this really fuzzy "eyelash" yarn and I'm making a scarf. Don't knock it 'til you've tried it!
