Episode 7: Heavy Metal’s Folly
The Fro's game came out today! Almost a year of waiting. (Gundam VS Zeta Gundam) Its way better than I could even had imagined it. I never thought the developers where that competent. Seriously:
Boss what the hell are you doing? Trying to destroy my agency!? No, maybe you wanna die for a change!
Heavy Metal: It can’t be that bad.
Boss: Not only did you go oxide and defeat both agents from either side during a mission but you stole something claiming to be from the Dark Army!! Completely against our treaty, and YOU KNOW we never accept mission directly from the Imperial or the Dark Army!!
Heavy Metal: At this rate, the war is bound to never end anyway. Look, they’ve even created a post war organization just in case. What the hell is that!? Trouble is stirring up left and right!
Boss: I know how you feel but-
Heavy Metal: I’ll give it to charity. It looks irrelevant for war purposes anyway.
Boss: (Whispers) Let’s go out for a cup of coffee.
(Outside)
Boss: I heard where your sister wants to meet you, be careful because we don’t know who or what she’s working for.
Heavy Metal: You’re right, she is too young to be part of the military; they do background checks and stuff so I’m sure she couldn’t bypass it and what about this Silk Marauder?
Boss: Silk Marauder is my son.
Heavy Metal: What!? Impossible!!
Boss: He joined the Imperial Army to take revenge on me… He found out the truth about the agency.
Heavy Metal: You gave him that same bull you told Alex didn’t you?
Boss: …
Heavy Metal: I knew it.
Boss: It worked at the time.
Heavy Metal: I won’t kill that fool. I’ll hand cuff him and bring’em straight to you first.
Boss: Who cares about him, I’m worried about you.
Heavy Metal: Huh!?
Boss: You’re slowly losing your fighting spirit and you’ve become more reckless than ever.
Heavy Metal: Do you remember when I first joined?
Boss: Yes, it was ten years ago. You had to lie about your age so you could pilot a mech and do solo mission.
Heavy Metal: The only reason I joined was to take care of my sister. That’s why I don’t give a damn. Hey, (With and devilish look in his eyes) I remember when Silk Marauder was training me… don’t you think he was little too young to show me some techniques with my mech.
Boss: (Sweat drop) *Mumbles* I guess you know I just fed you a load of crap.
Heavy Metal: Did you say something?
Boss: Oh nothing… *Starts whistling*
Heavy Metal: Do you know the reason he’s been holding back?
Boss: You forgot your sister is on his side, he can’t afford to lose her yet.
Heavy Metal: His damn special ability keeps throwing me off! I fight him with all I got.
Boss: you’re fighting a military issued mech.
Heavy Metal: Then why does it suck so badly compared to standard military issued?
Boss: It’s not bad, and you forgot… it’s experimental.
Heavy Metal: What are we going to about Evette’s telepathy to make the sparks in a shell gun combust?
Boss: So, that’s what she does… maybe we can get you a gun to bypass it. Here’s a pass to buy it half price.
(At the shop)
Heavy Metal: I swindle the boss into buying me a gun that should already be ready…I am so good!!*Walks up to a mechanic* Do you know about the weapons I requested?
Mechanic: *sigh* It’s taking longer than expected. Plus, you want a shell gun that doesn’t spark… we are researching it right now but it seems hopeless.
Heavy Metal: Are you telling me that when I face my sister, all I will have really is a sword!?
Mechanic: You control junk, make weapons out of that.
Heavy Metal: I wish… I’m not much of an artist though.
(When Heavy Metal reaches his destination)
Heavy Metal: Goodness gracious… she’s meeting me in flat plains… I’m useless in all this emptiness… I wish she had picked a city or something.
Evette: (Appears from behind him) So, you actually showed up; what a bold and stupid mistake. Just drop the goods and I’ll let you go.
Heavy Metal: Hold on… I’ve hidden the goods somewhere inside my mech.
Evette: Brother, you can’t be serious!
(She tries to grab him and he jumps)
Heavy Metal: You’ll have to break a part of my mech. to find it. (He gets in his mech)
Evette: (Smiling and gets in hers) You asked for it!
