AWESOME!!! i'll tell ya all what happened.

first, we had a fun time riding along the bus to the retreat house. everyone was making noise, singing, eating, playing, screaming, chatting, making a mess, sleeping, joking, laughing, and every other stupid thing to get our adviser's attention.

at the place of the retreat, the previous batch were waiting outside, ready for departure. before we could ask about thier retreat, the nuns escorted us in the conference room; where they will assign us to our rooms and all cellphones and cameras are to be surrendered to the nun in-charge.

there, sister luz was waiting for us and informed us about the schedule and immediately to assigning of rooms. she started from room #31, upstairs at the 3rd floor.

Karina, my partner, and I were assigned to room #1; which is found downstairs. it was kinda creepy at first but having karina around lessened our fear.

2 persons are to sleep in a room and 2 rooms ar to share one bathroom. we shared with MARICA and Shaira!!! we were so siked to see them.

after unpacking our things and having our siesta/nap. we again gathered at the conference room, where brother (i forgot the word for it but for all i know, he's like a nun but only that he's a guy) taught us our lesson about God; along with having our confession. after that, it was supper time.

after eating, we formed a circle as we sat on the floor of the conference room. there, we had our crying moment, don't remind me and so i'll skip this part. FYI, I DID NOT CRY!!! it's true, i'm numb at times.

tonight, the most dreaded night that we hoped never had to come. we slipped into our jammies/panjamas as we prepared to sleep in our assigned rooms. Karina and I didn't complain about the lights closed and both windows beside bothe of our beds were open.

the RULES AT NIGHT:
-no lights are left open, not one.
-no noise
-no sleeping in other peoples rooms.
-no visiting the room beside you by passing through the bathroom.
-no murmering
-no locking of doors because the advisor will check on you twice.
-no sleeping together in one bed
-no flashlights or lamp shades on.

because of these rules Marica and Shaira, both having the fear of the dark, were begging at our adviser's feet for the permission to have at least the bathroom light on. our adviser disagreed and ordered all lights off.

while Karina and I were half-awake and nearly asleep, bathroom lights switched on and Marica and Shaira barged into our room crying. they both sat on my bed and shivered in fear. Shaira cried on my towel and Marica cried on my last clean hanky. scared, they slept in OUR room. Karina slept with Shaira and I slept with Marica and boy did i regret that; last night at exactly 2:25 am, she kicked my stomache hard and it kept me awake till it was time to all wake up.

i didn't get any sleep last night and so i'm gonna have to end it upto here and so sorry that i once again cannot visit your sites although i really really want to but both my mind and body agrees for a good LONG REST!!! GOOD-NIGHT!!! OYASUMI!!!
