Today's view is... STRESS!
HI, today I wanna talk about stress... It seems to be a huge part of everyday life now...
Stress is when a person feels ill, or under preasure because of somehting bad that has happened. Stress can even occur during happy situations. Once under stress, people tend to keep to themselves, and this is the wrost thing they can do.
We, as people tend to think that when something bad happens, we are the only ones to feel it, be thats not the cane. We come under stress and block ourselves in. When one person asks another (under stress) if they are okay, that person is likely to lie and say they are okay... or they might might even lash out at the concerned party.
We cannot endure life alone, yet we continue to push others away. If you are one of the few people who never turn away a friend, and always takes consideration of others, then consider your self blessed, because even the best of us have our bad days, in we tend to shut in, and lash out.
Stress can be dealt with in many ways. One way is to talk to someone else. Or maybe stay away from the "stress factor" (although that might not be possible).
In other cases people put themselves under stress. Although no one purposely puts themselves under stress, we tend to do it a lot. We might overreact over something dumb, or we might put ourselves in a stressfull situation.
The point of this long winded speech is that stress can cause pain and anguish to people... more than you would all think. It can even drive people mad if it got to that point. We must discover our signs of stress, and detect them early, that way we can find a way to deal with it, but how you do so is up to you...
