2nd marching band performance: sucked. Royally. I was supposed to have a solo but somebody took my flag to the other end of the field. And everybody was either off or forgot the work. RAWR!!

And school starts tomorrow. Lovely, ne?

To top it all off, I have a really bad sore throat and can't talk.

It's like a party in my brain. *sarcasm*

So ein mist!
My summer German homework is fustruating as hell! And I lost my German dictionary! *is thoroughly screwed* Finished all of my summer reading, too. :3 Now I just have to finish the German and write two essays. Yay. *dies*

I'm so glad I have an iPod. Seriously. It saves me from my dad's brainwashing. >.o He's... really religious. So he has all these CDs and tapes of talks and sets all of the stations in all of our cars to Christian stations. Today he was trying to drill into my head the evils of being gay. *turns up iPod* (Just so you know, I'm straight but.... RAWR!!)

I think that's enough ranting from me now.

Enna-chan came and brought Dirge of Cerberus again. ^^ Apparently we've almost beaten it... BOO FOR SHORT GAMES!... But yay for Vincent. ^.^

Holy crap. School is starting up soon. I don't wanna go! I still have to do my summer homework!!! *panics*

First performance
Yup. Yesterday was our first marching band performance of the year. It went fairly well I guess. We don't have our flag work down very well yet, though. Oh well... We'll get it eventually! ^^ We got lots of cookies afterwards. o.o The thing is, the band usually takes all of the cookies for themselves and doesn't leave the guard anything, but this time it seemed like they weren't eating any of them.... MORE FOR US!!! ^_________________^

So, not much going on... marching band was supposed to last from 3-5, but we had pictures, so we only practiced for half an hour. o.o Then came home to ramen and smoothies. ^^

Enna-chan came over... AND BROUGHT DIRGE OF CERBERUS!! Awesome game, love for Vincent! I kinda suck at it, though. XD And she left the PS with the FF games again, so I can continue my eXtreme gaming experience. lol! don't mind me, i'm feeling random.

I can't escape this hell...
Well, I think it's about time I told you about my week at concentra- er... band camp. It was MUCH better than last year. Mainly because the guard actually got to go inside for sectionals this year. Last year, I was literally outside marching twelve hours a day. This year, it was only eight. :3 Also, my somewhat shy tendancies caused me to not really have anyone to talk to last year except other guard members. But I talked one of my really loud and outgoing friends into joining this year, so people talk to her and I hang around her, so they talk to me too... sort of... XD Anyway... I'm still really tired and I'm going out with some friends later today (and I haven't seen them in an age and a half), so I'll just leave you with that. If you want band camp stories, just tell me. I don't want to type all that crap up if no one's gonna read it. XD

   Somebody please save me!
Well... I'm... uh... leaving today. I'll be back on Friday, I think... I'm going to... *sigh*... band camp...
Don't even THINK about saying it! You know what I'm talking about. At least two people say it every time anyone brings up the subject of band camp. It gets old. Really fast. So don't say it. Unless you feel like having your soul imploded.

Your Evil Shadow Has a Cup of Tea
Well, I got my glasses fixed and I can finally do the flag toss that broke them. Yay. But seriously, I'm the most acciden7 (My spazzy filter blocks that word, hence the 7) prone person in the guard. I've been hit in the head so many times I'm almost immune to head injury.

Last night we had to do this complicated little thing where one person rolls over another person's back. So who do I get paired with? The SECOND most acciden7 prone person in the guard, of course! Whoever picked the partners has issues. XD
