all my thoughts took a downward spiral after 9:30. its been two hours and i already want to stab myself again. ive been over that for a couple weeks but its starting again, i wish my mom would take me to the doctor so they can prescribe me something to make sure nothing really bad happens. goddamn army, its been in my head for a while now and all its doing is confusing me, i dont even think its going to help anything now, and again i changed my mind in a half an hour. WHAT THE FUCK?
