Insipid jello, floating along like a leaf in a pond.
WTF?! Yeah, it seems I wrote that some time ago... like, February...?! I have no idea why and what it means, sorry.
-------------------------------------
Oookay, let's sum up the time I have been away for you folks!!!
Thursday: Went to see episode III as you all know... I guess I'll just post what I think. Be aware, there be spoilers here if you haven't seen it...
Teh Spoilingness!!1!
Favorite characters:
General Greivous: SO COOL!!! He's so sickly! JUST LIKE ME!! And he's a robot with eyes and a heart! HOW AWESOME IS THAT?!?! And then teh lightsabers, so sweet, I just wished he actually studdied some light saber forms or something, so then he could've kicked Obi Wan's arse. The only time I cried in the movie was when he died... HE DID NOT DESERVE IT!! *will avenge Greivous' death*
Yoda: How could you not like him?! Especially when he owned those two red guards when going to see Darth Sidius, that was sooooo cool.
R2D2: I loved the way they gave him a more human personality. When Anakin and Obi Wan were trapped in the force field, and then he came crashing in through the door and was a wee bit loopy. Then at the end when the dude said that the proticol droid would need to get his memory wiped, R2 started laughing hysterically. Definitely my second favorite character.
Least favorite:
Padme: Biatch
Anakin: n00b
Darth Sidius: Hidiously repulsive and scary beyond all reason.
Overall thoughts... I was a bit disappointed, for two main reasons
1. You know what's going to happen (i.e. who lives and dies)
2. I thought Darth Vader would get all of his wounds over time, not just from one battle.
3. Aside from the special effects, the original Trilogy is better.
I also had ice cream with gummie bears and brownies... yummmm.
Friday: My brother came home today from college, yeyness. Got to spend a little time, since then, I hadn't seen him for a few months, so that was nice. Started hitting him with pillows and other various objects, you know, the usual things. He was wearing a funny shirt, and it said "Rock your robody" so I reminded him of it... atleast 30 times a day, as in... "Rock your robody, Sean *dance*. We also have this thing where we try to melee the other person in the back when they're not looking... I've probably said it before, but it's insanely fun... although he hurts me sometimes TT___TT... Made plans to go to my Dads house so my brother could compete in the VGL Halo Tournament on Saturday. That night, we had to go with my Dad for his job, which was opperating a booth. He had "connections" with a guy at the fair, so we got to go on all the rides for free, as much as we want, although it was kinda at our own risk... in my opinion anyway. (You can never trust shotty machinery). My favorite was this one ride that used gravity to hold you against the wall while it spun around like a giant top... I think it was 2-3 G-forces, because you could still move, but it was hard, and your lungs hurt for awhile. Then, when it was closing time, we had fun with helium (since my father-person was running the booth, he had control over those, and the balloons)... wee for funny voices! Pointless fact: Since Helium is lighter than air, your vocal cords vibrate faster when helium is run through them... and if you paid attention in your middle school science classes, the faster the vibrations, the higher frequency, and the higher frequency, the higher pitch.
And yet another pointless fact!!: The oxygen that they use for scuba tanks, is actually a oxygen-helium combonation instead of the normal oxygen-nitrogen combonation, which is why you'll notice your voice is higher when you wear one of those. Supposed reason?: I haven't gone indepth with this, but I think it's for buoyancy...
Saturday: At Dad's house, went with him to his work again, convinently located 5 minutes from the Scion dealership... and did a few things....
-Pizza: We had some time to kill before the Tournament, and we didn't have lunch, so we stopped at a small Pizzaria place. While we waited, my brother and I played chess... and let me just say, as good as he is at Halo 2, that's how bad he is at chess. I'm normally horrible, but I was owning him, and he takes veeeery long time to think.
-Halo thingy!!: We then walked over to the dealership, we were still a bit early so they were setting the stuff up. At the appointed starting time there were only two people there, so my brother and the competition just screwed around a bit. Half an hour passes, one more guy shows up, so they just wanna start... but first they mess around with the Scion company's 50" plasma TV and almost break it trying to hook up an Xbox. The assistant manager dude was pissed, and was like, "Shit, I'm gonna get fired"... at which point my bro and I screwed around, and one of the dudes was like, spazzing because there was a girl playing a video game. Entertaining stuff... while they were taking apart the TV, one of the dudes also said "This is like, more fun than Halo 2!!"... They eventually got it back together, the thing started with three guys, my brother OWNED THEIR ARSES!!!!... so bad... it was almost funny. I wish I could've played, because I know I would've gotten atleast third (that one guy was developementally halo 2-challenged, he didn't even know how to shoot someone's head with a BR for a fast kill!) The age qualification is 16 though, so I couldn't do it. Sean said I could get in, but they'd actually check in Chicago...So, my bro's going to regionals... with the Ogre's... (ahahaha, he's gonna lose so bad his pride'll hurt for a month) I think it's in Chicago... or something, oh well, this'll be funny. He just wants to be good enough to make it to nationals... and win some cash... ahahaha
- Since it was over earlier than expected, we chilled at starbucks for the remainder of our time. We also bought a Black and White cookie (EXACTLY LIKE THE ONE FROM THAT EPISODE OF SEINFELD!!!!! IT WAS LIK DEJA VOU!) with the remainder of our pizza money and then played paper football 'till it was time to go. I'm really bad at that game...
Sunday: Took bro back to college, he had to work...not too much happened... I was sad... but I stole a few games, like Eternal Darkness... for my playing enjoyment.
Monday: Some sort of holiday... it's slipping my memory right now... went to a party thing. I ate, played with the people's kitty, and played volleyball... but that was funny, because I kepy spacing and the peoples were getting mad at me... and then it started raining and we continued playing anyway until there was a big flash of lighting and I freaked, but we won right after that.
Tuesday: Today... was very sickly... probably because of recent events I have no wish to divulge... but my shoulder started hurting again, and my sister tried to massage it but I pretty much fell over when she touched it... but yeah, I slept, and played Eternal Darkness... which is a really creapy game by the way. I get jittery when I play it a lot, and the music doesn't help either. What is with creapy mansions and lack of indoor lighting anyway?! There was this one funny part when I was going insane, and the bust of this guy in the hallway was turning his head to look at me and stuff. I was like "WTF?!?!" so I used a recover spell to get back to an acceptable level of sanity... then there was that one time when I was casting a spell and my head fell off... fun insanity, and then when I started walking on the ceiling. You should play that game if you get the chance.
I've also been hooked on Comedy Central recently. Watched Best in Show this morning, it's really good, about dysfunctional dog-handlers trying to win the "Mayflower" cup (Dog Show...) More Blue Collar TV... jeesh, you gotta watch that, hee-lar-i-ous. Ron White... funny dude. Watched more stand up, now I'm here...
-----------------------------------
Been thinking. Flesh is weak, what we... or atleast I... really want is companionship, not material posessions. And I don't mean just being around people... well, I'll get into that stuff later.
Field Day is tomorrow, not much stress, I'll see you dudes then!!! *wave*
... how should I know?
