*hugs hugs hugs* Thank you SOOO much for all the comments yesterday...I got 16! I was quite surprised because, well, because I barely got to visit anyone (more on that later). ^^ Thanks a ton to those of you that went to my portfolio, commented, and downloaded my wallpapers. ^__^ And also thanks on the compliments about being an otaku legend now. *nods* I really got a lot of short comments though...*laugh* Markie, you definitely had the longest one, so go you! *hugs* So, yeah, other than that...I don't really know what to comment on. *laugh* Just thanks, and wow...several of you also had to watch a movie on global warming!! What a crazy coincidence...was it the same Al Gore one? ^^; Anyhoo, thanks again!
Here I am...at home...that's right, HOME. We got out early because of sleet!! Icy-ful snowy goodness! It was just raining last night and this morning, but then..wam! So, yeah, it's still sleeting a lot. It didn't seem like I got out early at all though. ^^; We were released at 12, but I only just got home at almost 1:30 because my dad had some errands to do, and we had to wait a long time before getting off of school grounds. The roads are pretty dangerous, but despite that...my dad had me practice my driving. ^^; At least it was just on the driveway (of our old house...which is basically this hugely steep hill!!!). I was slipping everywhere, and it was really hard to get up it, but somehow I managed. *laugh* No crashing! It's a miracle! Anyhoo...so now for me to complain!! MY BROTHER CALLED OFF WORK AGAIN TODAY. When my mom told me that over the phone after getting out...I got so PISSED OFF. I felt like cursing like crazy...but I don't curse...but I really really really have moments when I really really want to. *sigh* So anyhoo...
When we finally get home, I come in and see my brother (all comfy still in his pajamas...), and I don't really say hi to him. He didn't say it to me (like usual), so why should I bother. Plus, the one time he said it, I didn't even hear him. So then he gets all pissy at me and crap cause I didn't say hi. "No hi for me? Why not? Jeez, all you want is your computer time. Aren't you happy I'm home??" I was just saying that I was "surprised" that he was home and crap...yeah, that's what it was, being "surprised" and "pissed off." I mean, doesn't he ever work?? Seriously!! He must think it's all a game! He just takes off work whenever he wants, and he quits jobs all the time...I know, I always make him out to be such a horrible person, but he does have his points...it's just that he's usually an annoying jerk. So I'm sorry that I'm always complaining about him to you guys...but...*sigh*
So, other than that...I don't remember much of today. In philosophy, my teacher got off-track thanks to this kid (really though, THANKS) and started talking about that movie, 300!!! ^__^ I wanted to see it, and now I want to see it even more. They make it out to sound really f-ing awesome...bloody and gory; tons of killings, stabbings, decapitations, and nothing but sweet Spartan action scenes! Hahah, my teacher was saying how it's a "horrible movie" in the sense that it has no real plot or anything...but it's, and I quote, "really kick-ass. It's like watching on a huge 40 feet screen one of those really badass action fighting games." *laugh* My teacher is so hilarious. He's always cursing and stuff, too. Haha. Anyhoo...so, yeah, no plot + awesome killingful action scenes = 300. I hope we see it this weekend or something...wait, speaking of which...
Tomorrow I have an eye doctor appointment. My eyes just keep getting worse! *laugh* So I might have to get new glasses again! ^^; We're also having over the dog groomer to get my poor Totoro a major overhaul...he's deeply in need of a shave, toenail clipping, and bath. So, yeah...that's for tomorrow...I doubt I'll be on the computer much...*sigh* Oh, I just remembered something else that happened today (sorry for the random insertion). I had photo, and we developed our film/negatives. I didn't have my teacher check to see if I put the film on the reel correctly before doing the developing though cause she was busy. ^^; I thought it felt all right, so I went along with it. BAD IDEA. So after going through all the steps, and when I had the negatives dry...I noticed that they got torn in some spots. They ripped/got holes in them/tore. *sigh* So now some of my pictures are ruined...*double sigh* How'd that happen???? Guess I should've had her check first...*triple sigh*
So, yeah, I'm sorry that I didn't get to visit many people yesterday!! For one, my brother was home (again...), and for another...I actually had work to do so that when I did get my computer time, I was doing homework and stuff. I had this philosophy essay to do (which he said was due monday...but he really wanted it in today if we could), and I was helping good ol' Narret out. In order for her to have any fun this weekend, she needed to send out these 2 scholarship applications. The one she already got a teacher to do a recommendation for her, but the other...she had no one, and she needed it by today. All it said was that the questions/letter had to be answered by a "non-family member" so she asked me. I at first didn't really want to...but then, hey, why not? It's for my very good friend, and I really want her to be able to do something other than suffer her father's wrath this weekend. So I wrote her recommendation letter yesterday, too. ^^ You're welcome again, Lindsay! *hugs* Oh, as a thank you from her, she made me that banner up there! *points to top of profile* ^___^ I love it! So cute...I love that pic of Misuzu. And Narret doesn't have anything but MS Paint! So, yeah, wow.
Umm...so I gotta say a major "sorry" to you guys again today...cause I might not be able to visit a lot of you. *hugs* Please forgive me!!! Thanks for visiting me though, and I hope that you have a wonderful day!
