*hugs a bunch* I have a to thank you a ton for all the comments yesterday. ^_^ And I also have to apologize a TON as well for my lack of commenting/visiting lately! I haven't been able to get to all of your sites these days!! I shall apologize more later! For now, I must stick to thanking. I'm glad that you liked my wallpaper! Heck, it was a total hit!!!! >_< It was soooo exciting for me to see it in the #1 spot all day! It was like, "HOly crap!!" Because I got 125 downloads on it...in ONE DAY...that is a record for me!! ^___^ Thanks soooo much! I guess I'll have to keep making wallpapers like that then! Most of my wallpapers don't even have 100 downloads, so to do that in one day...wow. So thanks again about that, and thanks for the encouragement with prom. Oh, and the congrats about my Japanese final. Yes, I take Japanese, Shelby. ^^ And Koneako, yup, I know...Air is being dubbed...and by ADV no less! ^^; I really don't like their dubs at all!! >< Bah, anyhoo, thanks so much for the comments (though I honestly didn't get to read them all yet! ^^; ).
So I'm in my first period campus (free period), but not with my old programming class! Dr. B wasn't there for some reason...he apparently never came!! ^^; So even though I love Deepthi to bits, I didn't feel like waiting outside the classroom forever! I wouldn't know when I'd be able to get on here then. I hope they got some teacher to let them in the classroom though! ^^; We thought that he was just late from the honor roll assembly (we had the honor roll assembly this morning during homeroom...it's just basically where we all sit in the auditorium, get handed our "congrats you got honor roll" awards, adn then have teachers give speeches...it only lasts 15 minutes or something), but the other teacher said that he wasn't here at all. ^^; Weird. Well, other than that, this morning's a dark and misty morning--very humid. I just want to SLEEP.
Last night and this morning, my dad has been bothering me about Mother's day. Yes, it's this Sunday...and he keeps on yelling at me about "When are you going to get her something??? You HAVE to! It's the ONE DAY [me: one day? you can't appreciate your mom on other days??] you can show your mom how much you care!" etc...and I just don't get why he tells me this. I wanted to write her a poem like I did for her birthday; she LOVED that...and she cried when she read it, too. ^^; My dad isn't bugging my brothers about it...even though they're the ones that are ungrateful! Mom has been complaining about how they haven't mentioned anything about Mother's day. And Corey told me that he's just going to get her some rolls of new money from work (the bank)...yeah, real creative gift there...so anyhoo, my dad might be picking me up after school today to take me shopping, though I really don't want to.
Well, yesterday was ok. Again, I don't really remember much of it. I got to chat with Rachel (AA) and Markie a lot more than I've been getting to. ^_^ So that was great. Unfortunately, I don't think Rachel won any awards at the art show...and because of that, she's depressed again, and I really want to kill my art teachers for being such jerks and not realizing her talent. Anyhoo, other than that, I made a new wallpaper. I really like the overall look of it...but not the pic I used. >< It wasn't of good quality, and then my messing with it to try to make it look better just made it worse! ^^;; So I'm really sorry about that! Ok, so yeah, I just wanted to say sorry again for my lack of commenting!!! *bows* I haven't gotten to everyone's sites as of late...I've just either not felt like it, haven't had the time, or would get side-tracked...so I'm really sorry. And I know this weekend won't be any better, that's for sure! What with Corey not working and me having prom...I guess I am going, but just for a little bit...I'm not even getting so into it like all the other girls are. *rolls eyes* "OMG, I'm getting my nails done! I had to make the appointment at 9am though because my hair appointment's at 1...uh-oh, what if my hair won't stay up for the rest of the day?? That'll suck!" Yeah, that's what I've had to listen to. Oh, and all of them are going to tanning salons, too. I don't see the point...it's just one f-ing night! Why go through all that trouble??? ^^; If any of you have already gone to your prom and did all that...well, I'm sorry if I offended you.
One piece of good news! I just can't contain it any longer!!!! Derek, my oldest bro, has a girlfriend!!!!!!!!! >_< He finally told me yesterday! He's been keeping her a secret for like 3 weeks (except from mom). They've already had several dates, and they've even kissed!!!! I was like, "OMG! Really?????? (this was over the phone) I'm so surprised! And happy for you!!!" So, yeah, I just had to share this with someone. He swore me to secrecy, but it's not like you guys know him or my dad so I don't think you'll tell. ^^;
I have foods today with Narret, and my other classes that start with the "f" sound...photo, philosophy, fashion. Hopefully they go over well. ^^; Anyhoo, time for an amv, and don't worry...it isn't Hilary Duff! I'm surprised so many of you dislike her. ^^;;;; Sorry! Anyhoo, this one is "Boys of Summer" by DJ Sammy, and the anime...well, it's a bunch like DN Angel, Negima, Tokyo Mew Mew, etc. Enjoy!
