Well, I'm back yet again...are you surprised? Disappointed?? Anyhoo...thanks for the comments! It was amusing to read the ones about the lady at Staples not being able to spell "secrets"...yes, she should've repeated elementary school. XD And about my brother, a lot of you just shrugged the info about him off...that's ok...you're just as tired of reading about him as I am seeing him. ^^; Anyhoo, yes, those new friends did want to color in my art! Hazumi Kaze finished the Souseiseki one so click there to see it if you want. So far I'm the only one to vote...so I'm sure she'd appreciate it if you did, too! Oh, and just PM me if you want to color in a drawing of mine. I'd love for you to! Hmm...friends I haven't heard from in a while!! *glomps* Shi-chan, Ali-chan, Thoa-kun, Mi-chan, and Sasori!! Wow, it's seemed like forever for some of you...*huggles* Thanks for remembering me. ^_^ Oh, and about the mailman...mom says we can't switch him...she didn't try to, but she should! He's just too creepy to keep around...yeah, Emi, he DOES put the slip in the mailbox...but that's after 10 minutes of waiting...-__-; *shudders* Anyhoo, thanks again everyone!
Argh, I keep on getting up later and later these days...so that I don't have as much morning computer time! >> If I got up earlier, then I could post and visit some people...but lately, I maybe only get to visit one person at this time...anyhoo, I didn't sleep very well. :( My mind was preoccupied with my friend Narret. She said she wants me to call her so we can get together...I was worrying about her and also about the phone call. ^^; Like when I should call...she didn't say...and I don't know if she's working today or not. Plus, I hate calling people. T__T Ugh, anyhoo, so I hope she's ok...apparently, according to her post she had an emotional breakdown yesterday...poor thing...I want to see her before she goes away for college. I hope I find time to call her and set something up. Anyhoo, my sleep...eh...whatever. I had weird dreams involving wishing for wings that ended up being made of chocolate and flying around...trying to get home with mom...I wanted to eat the wings though. XD And another freaky dream...-_- So yeah...
It looks nice and cloudy today! I hope that it rains...we haven't gotten any rain for a while, and we need it. Today we have a vet appointment for Totoro (our dog) at 2pm. It's just his annual check-up...to get shots and whatnot. I bet the vet is going to say that he's really fat. *laugh* He IS! Corey feeds him all the time...all sorts of "human food"...he never eats his own dog food. XD Totoro's been limping a lot lately, and the vet said before that it was his back...but he might just say it's his hips...poodles get bad hips in their old age, but Totoro isn't old! He's middle-aged. *nods* He's 6 or 7 years old now...miniature poodles can live up to 15-17 years.
Anyhoo, so yesterday...umm...like I said at the end of my post, my brother decided to be a jerk again. He complains and argues about anything and everything, no matter how silly or insignificant. I know you guys don't want to hear it so I won't talk much about it...he gave Totoro a ridiculous hair-cut, mohawk and all (like before)...shaved patches everywhere on his body. -__-; So we told him to redo it so he wouldn't look abused before going to the vet...well, he made a big deal about "Oh, well you didn't tell ME that he was going to the bet...blah blah" and he started blaming us for that and other things again...*sigh* He blamed my mom for missing the package in the morning (you know, with the creepy mailman?) because apparently it was something that he ordered that needed to be signed for...-_- ANYHOO, I "talked back" to him (all I said was "how hard is this?" to mom when trying to fix Totoro's hair) and he got really mad...bleh...he's incorrigible...
Sorry, I ended up complaining about him again. Anyhoo, later in the day we went over to the pool...we were going to go in the jacuzzi so I turned the heat on. Well, it didn't WORK. The heater dealie started smoking!! It smelled like fireworks. ^^; So apparently something was on fire in it...or it was just plain old broken...so *turns off heat* we couldn't go in. I just read. I finished the book I was reading, Family Trust, a really cute romantic-comedy by Amanda Brown (author of Legally Blonde; yes, it was a book before a movie; and voice actress of Zoey from Mew Mew Power aka Ichigo from Tokyo Mew Mew; I love her!). I recommend the book to anyone that wants a light read with good humor, backstabbing underhanded biatches, and a sweet little romance.
