Hello, hello! No, I'm not dead despite popular belief! And despite how my last post sounded. ^^;; I'm a bit better, thanks, and here I am posting. Thank you for the comments, my wonderful friends. You had 3 days+ to comment on it. XD I never leave for that long, but I did warn that I might not post all weekend! Anyhoo, thank you all very much for your sweet words concerning my health and all. *hugs* I haven't actually read all of the comments yet, but I wanted to get this post out of the way first...since it's been a while, and yeah. Thanks to those that visited and haven't been here in a while; it's quite alright. ^_^ I haven't been any better with commenting either. Thanks again!
Crazy, right? Not posting for a whole weekend! It's normal for most of you though. XD But now it is monday...and I am here in the library. I'm starting this post later because before this I had to to go the "Mac lab" and work on some graphic design assignment, which is due tomorrow. I don't have Illustrator at home so I couldn't do it at home...obviously. And those computers are retarded; the internet doesn't work well on them--"Safari" doesn't like MO or animepaper so it closes them. *rolls eyes* So I finished that and came here. Before this, I had math class, and I was struggling to breathe because, again, that girl sat next to me with her horrible smoke-stench...
My sinuses are still pretty bad, but they're actually a TAD bit better...still, we're afraid that I might have a sinus infection now (not just bad allergies) so my mom's going to call the doctor to get me some antibiotics. [that was a long sentence!] This weekend was torture for me and my nose. I was constantly stuffed up and blowing my nose. T__T Ugh. I hate it! But yeah, other than that...I shall talk about my weekend. Saturday was totally a nothing day. I don't remember it at all, so I'm pretty sure nothing happened. I started on a wallpaper, which I promptly finished yesterday (haha, not really "promptly") and submitted here and AP. I was psyched to see that they accepted it, too! I'm on a roll! I was sooo afraid that they wouldn't accept it since they're so darn strict. And, well, here it is on MO. ALMOST featured...which I'd love to happen. Ok, so aside from a wallpaper [I should take a break from making them, shouldn't I? ^^;], yesterday was my brother Corey's birthday. Yes, the brother that I oftentimes complain about that still doesn't have a job...and is now a whopping 27 years old. -__-; *sigh* Um, I actually forgot about it before so that's why I didn't mention it on friday. XD For the celebration, we went and saw the new Rambo movie. Yup, old Sylvester Stallone...back in action. It was actually good! We were afraid it was going to suck because of the reviews we read beforehand. ^^;;; And they all said it was terrible, and they were making fun of Sly, said he looked like a hot dog or something...weird. *laugh* But yeah, good movie, short, but really good...lots of violence and killings!! Some of which was actually too much for me...simply because it was so realistic and sad. Genocides are happening in this world today, and it's just so scary and sad.
Um, so after the movie, we went to Target to waste some time and then went out to eat. The dinner was ok...but eh, I never care for restaurant food. Can't beat mommy's cooking! XD After that, we went home and Corey opened his gifts. Nothing particularly special there, and my oldest brother Derek was a disappointment...he put no thought into his gift at all, and he was forced to say "happy birthday." *sigh* I hate how my brothers don't get along. :( It's really sad. Anyhoo, one gift that my brother will be getting is...a PSP. It hasn't arrived yet, but yeah. >> Lucky him. And, argh, I could complain more about him and his attitude, but I won't.
I suppose this post is getting long enough, eh? Probably. I won't post tomorrow, and I have a hearty amount of homework to do tonight...but hopefully I can fit in some visiting for you guys. *hugs* I'm so sorry again that I haven't made it to many of your sites very often. :( I've just been so busy and ill-feeling. I have French next, which I need to study for (we have a test), and then English...tomorrow I have health (oh joy), history, and graphic design...err, yeah. Here's an Arislan amv; it's totally a mystery to me because my school hates youtube. ^^;; I just searched for one, and this came up, but I can't seem to load it...so good luck. I wonder if it's any good??
