Warning: thanks, dark morn, today/park?, missing dog & bought grill, e-cards, & yeah
Hmm...I don't know how long this post will be! As I've said, I keep starting my posts later and later, so soon I won't have time to write much at all. ^^;; Since I am kind of on a time-slot...anyhoo, thank you all SO MUCH for your sweet comments. And I couldn't believe I got as many as I did. It was because several people that have been missing lately commented me! *hugs hugs* And the sweethearts that comment often visited as well. :3 What a great combination. Welcome back Yug, Sakura Kokoro, Joselyn, Fox, Dafeather, and Aiten! And 36inc. Wow. That's a lot of people. XD Thanks for everyone's support with how I've been feeling...and things about my wallpapers. ^^; And jeez, having an overactive mind at night! It sucks indeed~ and I see I'm not alone in certain other facts, like not knowing how to drive or ride a bike. :3 Well, thank you all again, dears!!
Mah, it's dark in here. I didn't open up my other curtain. :/ Boo. Oh well. So it's yet another very very late morning (as late as you can getting, seeing as it's almost noon), and here I am posting. I was thinking about not updating today...simply because I didn't want to get out of bed. But here I am! So you have to put up with it! For some reason, all morning, I was thinking that it was raining out. I swear I heard rain and wind, and so then I was kinda of disappointed [although I LOVE the rain] because today we're supposed to go to this park, and it wouldn't work out if it was raining. But yeah, no problems...it's bright and sunny out. My curtains make it seem like it's so dark outside! XD
So why would we go to a park? Well, because I was going to get some more "lessons" in riding a bike. I tried the other day, and I was so scared. I can ride straight...but turning and going up hills are beyond my reach at the moment! *laugh* So that's why we wanted to go to a park with lots of nice straight-aways. My dad and brother will fish while mom and I either deal with biking or sit and read or something. Thus, I believe that's what we're doing today...it was either that or see a movie, and for some reason, I feel like I should be outside doing something for once. :/ I'm so unhealthy.
I shall now tell you about my weekend. Nothing happened. The end. XD No, just kidding....something happened, although it didn't directly happen to me. Well, saturday night we heard this dog barking and howling...like crazy. All night. It was annoying, but it was sad at the same time. I wanted to know WHY the poor thing was howling and whining so much. Mom and I thought that it was our nextdoor neighbor's dog [I wub that doggie], and that they forgot to let him inside or something. :( I was worried about that...and as I went to bed [at 12:30], I could still hear him howling and barking...I was thinking that maybe it was hurt! I didn't know. So anyhoo...I took my sleeping pill and was knocked out for the night; because of that, I didn't know what happened until I was told the next morning!
It turns out that around 3 am, a runaway/lost dog found its way onto our porch. Corey yelled at it to go away, and Totoro was barking like crazy. That was the dog that was howling all night. And it ended up on our porch! Well, it left, and apparently it found its home. [Thank goodness.] In fact, it DID find its home, and we know the owner now through an odd connection! My dad wanted to sell his old grill, so he set it up at the top of our driveway with a For Sale sign yesterday. I didn't think ANYONE would want to buy it, or even stop [who stops at those things anyway??], but lo' and behold...a guy and his son stop by...20 minutes later. My dad and the son get to talking, and dad finds out that...their dog ran away the other night. *Hmm...* And that dog was a pitbull *hmm...matches up*, and it came back after 3 am...and what do you know, they live down the street from us. O__O "Well, your dog was on our porch that night!" Hahaha. XD Isn't that a crazy coincidence? We sell the grill to the same people who's dog came to our house!
Anyhoo~ that's probably the only interesting thing that happened all weekend. I did nothing. I made a couple of e-cards though. Here's my newest.[click] Feel free to look at them; they're both Oofuri. And because of these cards, I was in the "leaderboard" on theO for e-cards yesterday. I know; it's not very important...but I was surprised.
I'm going to make some more cards for a while, and try not to make wallpapers so much. :/ Since walling tends to stress me out more these days. That doesn't mean I'm done for good, mind you! I'll probably still make one soon. XD Umm, I shall skip the sports as no one really cares...I could talk about all my negative thoughts I've been having, but that would make this post far too long, and I need breakfast. Maybe those bad memories shall dissipate~ although I doubt it...*sigh* I'll just say that it was friend-related again! I was thinking about my lack of ties with true friends "in real life." And how the ones I have had turned sour rather quickly...and now I'm anti-social, woot.
Anyhoo, I think I should just end this now before I go on forever! I'm too lazy to find an amv, sorry. I don't think I'll visit much today, but I visited everyone yesterday and a good portion on saturday and friday, which made me proud. XD Thank you all a ton for sticking with me! *hugs* I'm glad to have such wonderful friends, even if I don't know you in person. Have a wonderful day [which happens to be Memorial Day in the US, so remember those that have died for us in the military]; take care!
