Beh. I ish so tired again. I have to remind myself not to look in the mirror in the morning! Today I look like I was beaten up and got a black eye. -__- Stupid sleep!!! *shakes fist at sleep* I'll get you one day!! Rawwwrrr. Um, yeah, anyhoo...I could've started posting earlier today because I kinda woke up earlier, but then I looked in the mirror...and went right back to my bed and laid down. There's NO POINT in getting up it seems. My life is a repetitive and boring, useless, piece of craaaaaap. *sigh* Well, on a brighter side [though not really], it's supposed to rain a lot today. :3 That's good for me since I love the rain [I know some of you dislike it]...it rained some last night, and there was this sudden downpour during the baseball game; it only lasted a few minutes, but the umps thought they would have to delay the game! They obviously didn't, and our Phillies won yet another game. WOooooot.
So these past couple of days have been kind of eventful...kind of, meaning that I got out of the house. On monday, like I said I might, I was dragged out of the house with my brother so he could: 1.Look for a new computer chair 2. Get lunch and 3. Look for more games to buy [NO! *fake shocked look*] Yah, so I had to go with him...he may be a jerk to me a lot and is very controlling, but I guess he likes my company so that's why he wants me along. :/ That's what my mom said. Anyhoo, so we went to Staples, and he bought a chair [that was an interesting trip...what with this weird old salesman guy eye-ing us the whole time...], and then went to this GameStop. Looked for more video games [he searches for "rare" ones to collect]. Nothing really happened until the end, when he was checking out--
I had on my Death Note L shirt, and the girl that worked there said, "Oh my gosh! I love your shirt!" I looked surprised, and then turned to her, "Me?" Yah. She pointed to her card holder strap and lo' and behold, she had an L pin! Kyaa~! So cute! So obviously we talked a bit about how we both like Death Note and how we love L. <3 She said that the managers at the other gamestop argue with her and this other girl about it because THEY like Light. Hahah, but we're the L posse. So we just talked a bit...it really was a bit...like 2 minutes..she told me that she didn't care for the live action movie, and it wasn't worth the price! Well, I didn't get to see it anyway. Um, but yeah, then we left...and then I felt stupid. -__-; I always feel this way after "talking" with people like that. I regret talking at all, and I regret not saying certain things. I regret the whole experience and feel, "Jee, I should've said this! Or I could've said that. or What did she think of me?" *sigh* I talked to her a little bit another time before, too; that was the time I was looking for the 2nd Ace Attorney game...we were both Phoenix and Edgeworth fangirls.
Anyhoo, enough of my odd social insecurities! I don't think anything else happened that day, but...oh yeah. We went out to eat. We didn't get to go to the fancy restaurant since it was closed, but we went to this diner. It was pretty good, but everything was rather bland. :/ I could tell a funny story that happened with my mom there, but I won't. It'll take up too much room and time! Maybe if I remember it for next time. So yesterday we went to the movies and saw Iron Man. Eh. I'm not a fan...so I guess I couldn't appreciate it as much as those that are! I didn't care for it; I thought lots of parts were corny. I haven't liked many of the Marvel movies, except for the X-Men ones. Anyhoo, so after the movie, we got food and went home...Corey went to work, and I worked more on my vector. It's almost done....well, it's done, but I need to make the actual wallpaper now. I'm still at odds with the butterfly wings I gave Ritsuka. I find them disgusting to look at, and they're totally retarded. -__- But I wanted that as part of my concept...rawrgh. I worked on them for hours last night, changing them. Sorry, I don't have a preview of them though...
I think this is going on for too long, ne? Today will probably be another boring day. My dad left for his big annual fishing trip this morning, and he'll be gone for about a week. Off to California and then to Mexico. I guess I'll miss him for once; he is my baseball-watching buddy after all. Here's an amv.
