Hello! It's been a while, hasn't it? Or at least it feels like it!! Especially since I have to post later today. DX Well, that's to the few that commented on my last post! ^^; Not very many. I suppose that Halloween took everyone over. *laugh* Oh well~ Thanks anyway. Welcome back Aiten, and it's also been a while Roleni-chan and Iruka, while it's nice to hear from Stixx and Twist as usual (pretty much). :3 Some short comments, but that's ok! I appreciate them! Yes, happy november now that Halloween is over. XD And thanks for the congrats on my Phillies~ As for my grandpa, he is doing better! The scary stuff is over; he's now in the hospital, recovering. It was nothing serious. Thanks~
Yeah, so it's later! :O It's almost 4:00pm! As opposed to my usual noon-time posting at the library! I'm at home~ I only had fashion today because lab was canceled. Why was it canceled? Today is ELECTION DAY. Weeeee~~ This is my first time voting!! :D It's more exciting than I thought. XD You know, when you're younger, you don't really care as much...you're just like, "Oh, I'd rather have him for president," but you can't do anything about it. So yeah. I had fashion this morning, which consisted of a lot of HAND SEWING. DX Most of my skirt has been handsewn...because it says so. I can't use the sewing machine for several parts, so that's why! So my neck hurts from looking down, and it definitely takes a lot of work doing it the old-fashioned way, but it's still fun. ^^ I thought I was going to finish today, but I couldn't since I had to wait for Sister to help me, and also because I couldn't use the machine. Thursday I'll be done with my skirt then. The next project is the blouse! I got my fabric and whatnot...it'll be hard though.
I don't understand measurements for the clothes! Like I'm really small...yet somehow, I'm making the same size blouse as this other girl that's taller than me and more well-endowed. ^^; Oh well...I don't think I'm going to wear any of these things [although I do wear my sweatshirt!]. My skirt is totally disproportionate to my body. If I were a foot taller then it'd look good, but no. I've got stubby legs. A long torso and stubby legs. DX
Anyhoo, after class, that was it! Went home, and then we went to vote. My dad and Corey went earlier this morning, and they had to wait in line for over an hour!! The line was apparently huge, and there were problems with the scanning machine for the ballots. Luckily, when mom and I went, like no one was there~ We waited for maybe 10 minutes. :3 When signing in, the lady said, "Oh! I had a feeling you were a Lee [my last name]! You really look alike!" [I went after mom], and that's the first time I've ever heard that!! ^^; I don't think I look like anyone in my family...and certainly no one's ever said that. So that's interesting. XD Anyhoo, then I got lunch. Yay. We passed by this other polling place, and the line was HUGE...like hundreds of people waiting. O__o Those poor people! We got lucky to be at a pretty exclusive polling area. They had to park everywhere...even across the street around the church's lot.
Umm...so that's my day so far. I have an English test tomorrow (nooo), so that means I have to study tonight. D: I also should do some chem homework...but eh...studying is a priority, although fun is even more of a priority. So that means I shall play some Eternal Sonata first. I'm sorry that I probably won't get to visit many people today. Just looking at my update list is like O___O because so many people updated stuff. :/ And like barely anyone visited me on my World or here over the weekend, so I don't know if I feel up to it. XD Certain friends I've given up on visiting since they never visited me back. I never clean out my friends list though. I still have friends on there that haven't updated since '06 because they WERE such great ones...I'm hoping for the day they come back.
Yesterday I had chem, art, and theology. Chem was boring, art was ok, and theology was frustrating. I was in a terrible mood. I felt completely unreal, depressed, and anti-social all day. ~__~ I'm usually in a good mood for art, and I usually like bickering with Taz, but I just had no motivation in me. I worked solitarily on this cubist project she gave us...and then I tried to do some perspective stuff, but I hate it. I can't stand doing perspective drawings...using rulers, straight lines, boxes! >< Not my thing. So yeah, I didn't really talk to anyone...didn't want to...then in theology, we watched these videos about abortion and these ladies that "regret" having their abortion. I'm sick of it. I'm sick of my theo class. She's forcing us to learn about really controversial issues, and she's forcing her own super conservative opinions on us...the day before elections, too! Ugh!! So yeah, that class pissed me off so much that I was getting into political arguments with my parents...well, mostly my dad. I was on a rampage yesterday, and no one could stop me! ^^; It's just that really biased people piss me off, and my dad's one of them. *sigh*
Other than that, I don't remember...oh yeah, my brother Corey found another reason to be mad at me. It's about an auction he won on ebay and had me pay for. Well, blah blah blah, apparently I didn't pay for the right shipping, so it was a lot more expensive. Anyhoo, he got the package yesterday, and it didn't have everything it was supposed to. He blamed everything on me, and he was yelling and yelling. My mom was defending me, and I was upstairs. I didn't talk to him or look at him at all until way later. It's like F this. I'm not going to talk to him if he's just going to blame and yell at me more. His entire life revolves around his video game collection and our dog Totoro. Everything else is meaningless, even me. He'd rather have me be hurt than yell at Totoro when he bites me. ~___~ ANYHOOOOOO...now, really, nothing else happened yesterday. Here's an amv~
