Hello! *hugs* Arigatou for all the comments~~ You guys are the best! Welcome back, welcome back to all! So nice to hear from you again. ^^ Like Rachel, Jace, Lute, Filo, and Anis-chan (anime snow girl)!!! :3 I'm so glad to see you guys again. *hugs* It's been a long time. XD For some of you, even months! So yay! Thanks to everyone for the comments about...well, whatever I talked about. It seems like a lot of nonsense now. Mexican food, being cold, sick fishies. Yes, you had to be there to believe it...or rather, read my post to understand. And thanks so much for the cheering up, too! I really needed it. ;__; Arigatou again everyone!
Well, I think I'm doing better today! That is, mentally. Although the past couple of days I was really quite down!! >.< But I've been texting Meg (innocent heart), and she's such a sweetie. She's so nice and encouraging! And whenever I get to chat with Oli-chan is awesome as well. ^_^ All of my friends I've made here mean SO MUCH to me. <3 Although sometimes it's you guys that get me down!! I don't mean that in a bad way...as in you guys making me mad, but when some of you are feeling depressed or having hard times, I seriously take that to heart as well!! ^_^;; I care too much! XD I'm sure you would deny that though; it's always good to have someone caring about you, and that's why I try to be a good friend. I know I fail at that a lot though...but thanks to those that stick with me.
Wow, that was quite the tender paragraph, ne? XD Well, anyhoo!! I'm changing my theme around as I post...(in a different window, obviously)...so when you read this post, my theme will be different! Whether I'll like it or now, I don't know. *laugh* But oh well. I felt like changing it since I had my other one up for a while. I hope you like it~
Ok, first I'm going to give you the fish report. Yes, the fish report. Reporting on the status of our poor, sick fish. The tank has now become an infirmary for the ill and wounded...and dead. The casualty count has risen to 4 now. T___T The first to go was Joe, and then Lady Ram, and now...yesterday. *sigh* Dobby and Darvish died. Dobby, as I've mentioned a lot, was sick since we got him. He was probably the one that started this whole mess!!! ;__; So he's been sick and just terrible for over a week...whenever we got him with the others, and now yesterday, he finally died. Poor thing. I was really rooting for him to get better. :( Cause Hammy's his brother, and they would've looked so cool together! With their colors. But anyhoo...very sad. It's very sad. And Darvish's story is even sadder. He was the other angelfish that we got somewhat recently--to be Todd's angel fish friend--he was like zebra patterned...black and white stripes. He was the best one. ;__; he was perfectly healthy!! So how did he die??? He got freaking trapped between the glass and the plastic bag that dad had floating in there, keeping the little healthy fishes from the medicine in the water. *sigh* So that was a total accident. He didn't deserve to die!! >< More like, he shouldn't have...he was healthy and fine...just bad luck! Ugh!! These poor fish! It's really stressing my dad out a lot, too. It was supposed to be lots of fun, but now it's a lot of work...I want that medicine to work. If it doesn't, who knows what'll happen...cause they're all plain miserable.
You know, I love animals. ^^; Of all kinds! And it really pains me to see them suffering...no matter what kind, really. Unless they're gross bugs or really dangerous snakes. O__o Or bees and wasps especially! *laugh* But really, I love any other kinds of animals. It makes me think that I should've been doing something in the field of...well, something that works with animals instead of fashion/art. ~__~ Cause seeing animals makes me happiest, especially dogs. I've said this before, but whenever I see a dog, I immediately light up! *laugh* A smile just comes right across my face right away. ^_^ I just love them so much. XD But...for now...I'm majoring in fashion marketing and minoring in graphic design! What I'll really do with those things, well, I have no clue. I hate thinking about the future. It scares me.
Now then. Oh! The other day I watched Kung Fu Panda with my dad. XD he loves cartoons and those CG movies with talking animals. lol. I really don't, but I humored him and watched it with him. It really isn't that bad! I kind of liked it, although it was too short. -__-; Way too short! But I really loved the one quote by that old turtle master...that goes something like this, "Yesterday is history; tomorrow is a mystery, but today is a gift--that's why it's called the 'present.'" It went something like that. :3 And I just went "awwwwwwwwwwwwww, that's amazing" after he said it. XD Good stuff. Really good stuff there. Very true, too. ^_^ So remember that and live your life with today as the present God gave you!!! >_<
Alright now! I shall talk about yesterday. I went out with my dear friend Lindsay (narret), whom I haven't seen in 2 years!!! *hugs her* It was great!!!! ;__; Like...it's been too long of forever since we last saw each other!! She came to pick me up around 1:40, and we hugged, which doesn't happen much! I don't like hugging people IRL really. *laugh* And she doesn't either. XD But we did, and we hugged a lot after that, too. *laugh* Sorry, Linds, I'm giving out the nitty gritty of our "date." So I got in her car, and she got me a wonderful Christmas gift!! :D A Gunslinger Girls wallscroll! ^__^ It's so awesome!! <33 She didn't even know it was one of my favorite series. XDD So yeah! Then we left and just drove around. Her way of driving is amazing; somehow, no matter what ways we take, she knows how to get to places...even if it's very roundabout. lol. So we drove around, and then made it to this restaurant (which I honestly don't like that much...), but why not? ^^ I've never really gone to a real restaurant for lunch before...only...fast food places.
We went in~ And it was nice and warm. The last time I went there, it was freezing and during the summer. XD Um, we sat down, ordered food, and really talked a long time! We talked about school, how things were going with our classes, our majors, what we want to do, the people we've met, etc. It was just a good old fashioned catching up time!! ^_^ Much needed, too! After a while, this guy was seated near us, and he overheard us talking when we were mentioning sports. He then kept asking us questions like, "Oh, do you work for the Sixers?? [our city's basketball team] Are you season ticket holders??" O__o We kept saying NO. We were just talking about the team, and then he assumes we work for them! *laugh* And then a waiter walked by, saying he was a season ticket holder, and the guy said something...and then turned back to us, again, asking us the SAME question!! D: It was freaky. Then I was forced to talk some sports with him--about how the Sixers are doing pretty poorly, etc....and then finally, when his food [a huge bowl of hot wings] arrived, he shut up. *sigh of relief* THANK GOODNESS!!
After we ate, we went to the mall which was right nearby. We talked more, walked around, got lost, ended up in the super rich part of the mall [we knew there was something up when we started to hear classical music over the speakers, and designer stores such as Hugo Boss, Ralph Lauren, Neiman Marcus, and jewelry stores started to crop up], and then came back to where we started! It was a lot of good exercise. *laugh* We went into FYE, who's going out of business, and all the shelves were empty!! Um, we also went into comic stores, Hot Topic, Sanrio store, and then Borders, where I got some manga. ^^ Newest volume of Totally Captivated and vol.4 of Tactics. <3 Then she took me home!! All in all, it was a very nice trip! It was wonderful to see her again. ^_^
I was socially exhausted after it, however! BUT! No!! It couldn't stop there. Karen called me. D: Nooooo. But I knew why. She picked up my fairy boxy thing that I painted last week at Color Me Mine with her. Remember? So she said she was going to drop it off for me. I ended up talking to her for a while, and then being handed off to her mom to give her directions to my house. ~__~ That took A LONG TIME. I don't know directions! As in, I'm clueless about street names. ^^;; So I had to have mom feed me lines while trying to get Karen's mom to understand. XD Gawd!! Then 20 minutes later, they finally arrived, and I got my fairy!! I took pics, so here you can look at it now!! ^__^ I think it turned out well, although her eyes needed some work [couldn't find a brush small enough!], and the green paint isn't what I thought. -__-' But oh well. Take a look~ And remember, I didn't sculpt it, just paint it.
 
Ah, I felt relieved after they left! Then I could put on my pajamas and just relax!! Well, relax as best as I could with my brother around. >.< But yeah...that's basically it for the day! Didn't do anything special. I haven't worked any more on my wallpaper, but dear Olivia is really doing well on the vector for me!! ^__^ And Meg encouraged me a lot. *laugh* So I should stop worrying so much about my wallpapers. ^^; I take them WAY too seriously...anyhoo, I think that's all I have to say for today. *hugs* Thanks soooo much for visiting me. I'm sorry that I haven't been commenting a lot lately. I go back to school on monday (noooooooo!!), so I'm kind of recharging mentally for that. ^^; I'm sorry again. Take care~
