warning: tis a much later post! reasons why, sorries, sports talk, etc.
Hello, my sweets. *hugs* ^_^ Thank you for all the comments. I don't care if they're late. I'm obviously not "on time" with my posts or comments these days either. And as long as I see it before I post again, I'm happy. XD You could be 4 days late! But if I haven't posted again, then who cares?? And it means a lot to me, especially since you would still return to see if I posted all those days later. D: You're so sweet. *hugs* OMG. Welcome back!!! xanth, DJ (divine judgement), chibi, sparkle, anna-chan, Krys, and Capri-chan! Yes, I'm welcoming you ALL back, though the first two have been away for a long time. *hugs* Thank you all a ton for your sweet encouragement and everything. <33 It means the world to me. T___T Really.
Yeah, so I'm not posting when I usually do. I've been trying to post on saturdays, but I didn't get to this weekend. I honestly didn't feel like it. >< And it's currently sunday night, before dinner is ready! *laugh* So I'm going to see if I can finish this before dinner. >3 I put off posting today for a few reasons:
1. I didn't think I wanted to post this weekend *shock*
2. I had to use my crappy laptop for [*stops cause dinner is ready, crap*] [*returns later*] Ok, so yeah. I was using my laptop for most of the day instead of my precious PC (which I always use; it has photoshop) because...my PC is downstairs, and for some reason lately, I've been getting allergic reactions down here. My face has been itching like crazy, like what my poor mommy goes through...
3. I've been in an anti-social mood
4. Anti-social moods make me depressed
5. I've been depressed about a lot of things, mostly dealing with my self-esteem...regarding several areas.
So yeah, that's why I didn't post earlier today or this weekend. :/ Even right now, I'm kind of just posting to post. ^^; I feel bad not updating regularly. *laugh* I know that's odd to some of you! I know some that update once a month or something, lol. I'm just not like that. XD But I also haven't posted cause I haven't been commenting much either, which is also for those prior reasons. :( I can't be on the computer much because it hurts my neck to be on my laptop, and being downstairs on my dear PC causes my face to itch/burn! D; It's a lose-lose situation. And being in down moods does not a happy commenter make.
Yeah. :/ I guess I didn't really need to give you all those reasons. XD But I felt guilty! *hugs* So I'm sorry again. >_< College is a pain, and it's putting a lot of stress on me. As you read in my last post, since I ended up crying in art. ^^; But I do have good news about that [if you didn't read my world post the other day]. I emailed my prof that night, apologizing again for breaking down like I did. *laugh* And I also showed him my portfolio on theO so he could see my wallpapers etc. Remember that he got into a debate with me about computer graphics and using photoshop for art? Well, he told me a bit more about that--his father was a graphic artist, and Justin (my prof) said that he wanted to rebel against it, and only use classical artistic techniques. Anyhoo, he replied to my email the other day, complimented my stuff, and it turns out he also appreciates Japanese art as well. ^^ Like anime/manga. He didn't clarify that project I got so frustrated about though...so I'm still confused. ^^; I replied again, asking some more questions, and showing him more of my stuff, and he replied with one word--"Sweet!" O__O' Ok...great. Thanks. Hah, but he is a man of very few words...it's so awkward talking to him. >< I hate that class.
It's almost Valentine's day!!!! <3333 And that also means my 3rd anniversary here on myO! ^_^ Weeeee~~~ I can't wait. *laugh* Not really because of it being V-day [I don't have a "valentine"...no boyfriend or whatever, and I never have. Some of you call it SAD (singles awareness day, lol), so I'll be celebrating that]. But pitchers and catchers report to spring training then!! Hahahah!! >3 So in other words, baseball season is coming up!! Lolz. And I just can't help but laugh at that fact...it's so romantic. Pitchers and catchers report on valentine's day. >___< Ok, that might only be funny to a baseball/yaoi fangirl...haha...
Oh, I was going to change my theme to a valentine's one...but I don't know when I'll do that. Soon, possibly. Whenever I find the time. Because as a certain someone pointed out, the girl in my bg appears to be staring a hole through you. I changed my theme A LOT. Does it look ok?? Or is it too light and weird for my site?? O__o It's very spring-y. Early spring! Sorry~ *laugh* XD Haha. I downloaded a ton of Oofuri avatars, so I really want to change my avi again soon. But I just changed it to this Mihashi one last week...hmm...I love the one I'm using on AP...it's sooooo sweet. <333 Yeah, so don't fret if I change my avi every other days. Lol. I know some people that do that...haha.
This weekend was wonderful for my sports teams. :3 Hockey (Flyers) and basketball (Sixers)! Yesterday there was hockey during the afternoon, and basketball at night. ^^ And they BOTH WON. <33 What's more amazing is that the Flyers beat the Boston Bruins, and they are the #1 team in the NHL. They have a crazy winning record, lol, and they beat us just the other night...so it was really really amazing to beat them IN THEIR HOUSE in overtime. I was soooo excited. ^__^ And then the Sixers also won last night. The Flyers played again today, and again, they won~ So it was a wonderful winning weekend for Philly's teams! Yup yup. Oh, and to gear me up for baseball season, I'm reading the autobiography (well, more like his personal narrative) of Chris Coste [The 33 Year Old Rookie, one of our catchers. He wrote this a year or so ago, and it revolves around how he finally made it to the major leagues after 11 years in the minors. It's really interesting! He's a great writer, and it's nice to know more about him...and how patient he had to be! I'm just sad cause our team might not use him this season. :( The Phillies traded for another catcher, so it'll be between them to compete for the backup catcher's spot. :/ Argh. I really hope Coste still plays for us!! T__T
Sorry. Lots of sports talk. *laugh* I can't help it. XD Other than that...this weekend was filled with video game playing. I'm playing Shining Force EXA, which I love, GTA IV (it's wonderful to kill people; it's a great stress release), and Dokapon Kingdom with my brother. That's a really cute and fun game. It's for ps2--a sort of combo of RPG and a board game type. It's soooo fun, but definitely more fun multiplayer. :3 So he and I have been playing that together. Umm...and watching Emma the second season, Hajime no Ippo: New Challenger (new season, though only up to 5 eps...I want more!!), Mugen no...something, Infinite Sword...or...something, I don't remember. XD It's a samurai anime. Pretty good. Yup yup. Umm...I've been texting Meg (innocent heart) a lot; she's so sweet. I can't say how wonderful she is. >< She's been getting me through a lot of my tough feeling days...and I've been helping her as well. *hugs her* I'm so glad we're friends. :3 Cause yeah, lately I've been needing a lot of emotional support!! For all sorts of things--wallpapers, school, commenting, or just feeling guilty on my days off...cause I'm not doing something 'productive'. Argh. Stupid down feelings. :(
Tomorrow I Have fashion and philosophy. :/ Oh yeah. I got the results of my fashion exam that I had on wednesday. *laugh* I thought I did really badly on it. XD NOPE!!! I got a 101%! Lol. And I didn't even think there was extra credit anywhere! O__o And Erica texted me saying she got a 92, and I'm really happy for her. She struggles so much on tests. So I'm really glad she did well. ^^ Yes, so um...I think I'll stop my post now...oh, and by the way, no new fish YET. Those jerks didn't send them. It's been weeks now that we've been waiting. >.< Poopy faces. But all our other guys have been doing well! We tried putting Bossman back in the big tank with the others, but he didn't do well. :/ He started chasing them around again, which then cause Knuble to be aggressive again, and now Otis!! Knuble has been raising Otis to be his little evil twin...to chase around the small guys. Very sad indeed. I didn't know fish could learn like that. O__o
Ok, seriously now. I'll end this post. *hugs* Thanks so much for reading this. I really appreciate all that you do for me. I'm sorry again I haven't been commenting as much...or anything as much lately. I'm in lockdown mode...not wanting to do things. ^^;; Sorry again.
