Hiya, my dears! How are all y'all doing? :D Thanks for the comments! I appreciate those of you that could come. ^^ And if you didn't comment, then that's fine, too. We're all busy; I know. XD I know the pain! So yeah, thanks. *hugs* Welcome back, Elves! Indeed, it's been a long time! <33 Thanks for all the uplifting comments about my quiz grade (I just found it funny) and about who I am. Darke, I definitely lol-ed at your comment about checking out guys!! Haha!! XD And I quote, "if you're only window shopping girl, ya may as well have some decent eye candy!" SO TRUE. *laugh* Thanks. Ah, another school week down! And despite having several tests and things, I don't think it was that bad. ^_^' But today is a very WINDY day, and I hate the wind. >< Every time we have really strong winds, I think I'd complain to you guys about them. *laugh* Especially how it disturbs my sleep! It's very hard to sleep when huge gusts come and rattle the windows. It feels like my house will totally crumble...or the windows will come crashing in with a flying branch! It's SO HORRIBLE!! T__T I hate it. I hate the wind. And today's gusts are around 50mph (though I think they're stronger than that...), so it's very hard to walk outside. *laugh* When I went from the library to my chem class today, I swear I was going to be blown away! O__O I was texting my friend, and I was seriously freaking that my phone would fly out of my hand, and I would go with it. XD What's your least favorite type of weather? I think I've asked this before. >_< But yeah, I hate windy days...I love the rain...and snow.
My dad and I are currently waiting for the Fed Ex truck to come with the fish (for our tank, not edible ones, lol). Yes, today is supposed to be THE day that the fish finally arrive. Those poor guys. D: Oh, and the reason why they didn't send them off when they were supposed to (about a month ago) was because the jerks didn't really have the fish. Even though these sellers boasted about breeding them and having them there on site, it turned out that they really get them from somewhere else, and they didn't get their shipment...which would've been then sent to us. They finally fessed up to that fact on tuesday, when, again, we were supposed to get them. ^^; LIARS! These poor fishies. I hope they'll be ok. And again, they're more discus...I think 3 more? Then they'll go in the little tank (aka prison for Bossman), which will be nice for Boss cause he's been miserable...discus are social fish; they don't live well alone...so yeah, he hasn't been doing well, but whenever we'd try putting in back in the big tank, he'd go wild and chase everyone else! :( Lose-lose situation for him. [EDIT: they arrived! And they're so cute! Bigger than the other guys. They were half-dead, but they're doing well now in the warm water~]
So today I had accounting and chemistry. I had my first exam in accounting. >< I studied my butt off last night [which would mean any more than an hour of studying...and I probably did 2+], though I still could've studied more. >> I don't know. I hope I did ok. I actually didn't think it was that hard! We had to go to the computer lab, and we had the test online! I've never taken a test online...I didn't really like it. Lol. I prefer having the paper right in front of my face to read, make marks on, etc. I was worried that I'd click the wrong thing or there'd be an error. XD And then we had to write up the 3 financial statements. If you asked me to do that a couple weeks ago, I would die from a heart attack. Luckily, since then, we've practiced them more, and our teacher explained them better, so I actually thought that was the easiest part (lucky for me since that was worth the most points). Yay. So I'm hoping I did well. Certainly better than a 70. So after that, I had a little free time...went to the library, and then I had chemistry. Oh-so-boring. Went over the homework...and Mr.Monotone was talking about making a silver bullet? O__o' *laugh* With the silver he extracted from one of the chem experiments. XD WTF?? "Just in case a werewolf comes around..." Riiiiight. And he was seriously talking about it, too!
Hahaa. Anyhoo, on tuesday I had chem lab. It was a rather annoying lab, and there was a lot of pouring from one beaker to another...straining things...it was weird. But anyway, I was with Erica and Jess, and of course they had me do most of the stuff since they're basically clueless. ^^;; Well, I have the least steady hands EVER...especially my left...and at one point, I had to pour some more of this stuff into, uh, a funnel or something. My hand was shaking, and the glass was hitting against the other thing. D: I heard Erica and the others laughing, but I wasn't sure why! *doesn't make eye contact much* Then Nadia (our instructor) was also laughing and said, "Calm down, girl! It's ok!" Huh? Me? O__o' I didn't realize it until after I finished, that they were panicking about my shaky hand! They thought I was going to spill it or drop the beaker. XD Nadia said, "Oh thank goodness. I swear, I thought she was going to drop it!" V__V SORRY. But I didn't! Argh. So Erica kept saying stuff about that, but Jess defended me with, "Aw, she's ok! She's fine. It was alright." She did that a lot throughout class, saying I was fine, and I'm doing things well. XD I felt like a little kid or something...totally incapable of stuff, but that is SO not true! Lol. Anyway, that was just ridiculous and almost embarrassing. I'm glad I didn't drop it. ^^; *smacks hand* My older friend Joanne (in art class; she's like a mommy) said that maybe I have tremors? Internal tremors? Cause it runs in her family. I don't know...but it's weird and stupid.
After lab, when I was picked up, my parents and I went to the pet store to get some fish meds for mom's betta (sick). While there, I was looking at this beautiful parrot there! It was orange and yellow...so pretty. So cute! ^^ And he liked me~~ I could put my finger in there, and he would just sit on it, and then nibble on my nails and stuff. It was funny...and so cute! I didn't want to leave him. XD Mom took lots of pics of him with her phone. Lol. My dad wanted to get him the last time he went...and now I want him!! Hahaaa...but...$600 is a TAD TOO MUCH. You think?? XD Oh well. I hope he gets a good home! Anyhoo, on to yesterday. I had fashion, philosophy, and art. Fashion went as normal, and then I had my test in philosophy, which was waaaay too easy! One page was the test, and the next 2 were extra credit!! So basically half the test was extra credit. Hah. Crazy! It was awesome. So I'm pretty sure I did well. Lol. Then came art, which for once, wasn't bad! ^__^ The only bad thing that happened was my water bottle leaking out of my lunch bag...all the way there, so I left a trail of water behind me. *laugh* That was funny though. XD Just a waste of water! I didn't realize it until I was partway up the stairs, and I felt my jacket was wet. ^^;; Anyhoo, on to art class, it was better. My teacher talked a bit more, complimented my anime stuff again, and he better explained the project I got so frustrated about last week...so I finished it, and moved on. More collages though. >< But hey, I'm getting the hang of it...it was just nice to leave that class without feeling depressed!
I've been taking a break from walling lately. I should work on my new one though, which is another painting...a lot more work. -__-' I don't know what to do about walling. I get so depressed about it, but at the same time, I still want to make them...but then I feel down about them anyway. D: I'm so mixed up. Ahhh...but whatever. Um, sorry again for my lack of comments. I have lots of people on theO subscribed that I rarely ever visit, but that's cause they never visit me either. :/ So what's the point? ^^; Lots of them are new people that for some reason wanted to be my friend, so I added them, but maybe they only commented on worlds and stuff, and I never update that. XD I should really clear out my list! [I ended up working some on my wall. Lookie!]
Ok, sorry. This post has gone on TOO LONG! *hugs* But congrats for making it through, if you did. :3 I love you guys. Thanks a lot for putting up with me. Take care~~
