Wah! (said in Misuzu's voice) Gomennasai, gomennasai, gomennasai!!! Hontou ni gomennasai!! >< (translation: I'm sorry x3, I'm really sorry!!) I didn't post yesterday NOR did I visit anyone...*sob* You know why?? Because of a stupid storm the night before!!! It only lasted a half-hour, but the winds were so strong that they sure did damage...so our electricity was out for the rest of that night (from 7pm on) until last night (around 9). So I had to go a whole night and whole day without electricity! *sigh* It was quite hard...I'm glad to have it back. We're luckier than some people, getting it back last night. Cause some are still out and might not have it back till the weekend!
So it was quite the "adventure"...the night before, me and my mom (and Corey for a bit) played cards for who-knows how long, while I listened/constantly changed channels on my handy-dandy little radio from my grandpa. Before that though, I played my gameboy (Fire Emblem 2:Sacred Stones, or whatever it's called) for a while. So that was that night, but then all yesterday...well, I had that radio on practically all day. I've realized that there are NO good radio stations around here! Ugh, I got so annoyed by listening to the crap they play. ^^; Anyhoo, other than that I read some manga, drew (a pic of Ichigo from Tokyo Mew Mew; i'll scan/put it up soon), and played my gameboys to death, literally. I ran my DS out of power and my SP...so then only the advance was left, but that has no back-lit screen! *sigh*
We went out to dinner last night to have some crappy food, and then after that we went to Grand Slam for about 20 minutes. It's a big arcade (sorta) with games, DDR, skee-ball, batting cages, and all those other games that no one can win with all the pretty lights and stuff where waste tons of tokens on them. ^^; I just played some skee-ball, won some tickets, and that was it. It was too hot in here...and I didn't have proper DDR shoes. ^^; I was wearing platform sandals...yeah, that'd be dangerous. So anyway, after we got back, then me and Corey went out again to get some stuff like batteries and whatnot (but we stopped off at blockbuster first and got some used games ^^). By the time we got back, the electricity was on!! Oh, happy day!
So, yeah, that was my exciting day...I can't believe I lasted a whole day or more without electricity...computer, tv, dvd player...everything!! *sigh of relief* But it's all back now...^^ Anyhoo, about the other day's trip to the far away mall...it went well. I got some manga (Short Cuts vol.2, Marmalade Boy vol.7, a "fan guide" to Sailor Venus *laugh*, and Descendants of Darkness vol.2). All were $5 except for Descendants *sob*...I need them all!! And they had all the volumes...but they weren't on sale...*sob* Other than that, we got lots of good used games and a used box set of Shrine of the Morning Mist (Asagiri no Miko) for only $16. ^^ It was a rather nice trip. *nods* Corey was fairly nice the whole time, so it was good!
Wow...I'm sorry if this is a long post...but I had so much to talk about! I haven't even thanked you for your comments yet!!! *hugs* Thanks for all of your comments from the other day!! They were all very nice. *nods* I just don't know what to do about these dreams. ^^; Oh, and again...no time to visit...I'm SOOOO sorry!! Please forgive me...saturday and sunday I'll make it up to you all!!! Well, have a good day today!! ^^ If it's your b-day, then happy birthday, if it's not...then, happy un-birthday!! Oh yeah! ^^
