Warning: thanks, mp3 site, debate over, autobio over, deleted file, & that's it
Lalalala...I'm in 3rd period campus (my free period)...and I'm going to be here for another whole hour! It's wonderful, these block days, especially when it's a day when I have campus (or two, like today). Anyhoo, I'd like to thank you all very much for the comments!!! ^^ I love you guys, seriously. I had a varied array of friends comment; ones that I haven't heard from in a while, new friends, and regulars. *nods* I'd like to thank all of you for wishing me luck on that debate! I'll talk about that in a later paragraph. I'm glad also that you enjoyed that site for the mp3s. If those of you that didn't visit yesterday, or just didn't try that site out, well, here is the link again! ^^ So visit away! Wings of Dream, the D.O.D. song I was listening to when I commented was "Boundless Love." I believe it might be on the second soundtrack (under Yami no Matsuei). I bought the first soundtrack, but thanks to this site, I can just download the whole second one. *nods* Anyhoo, it's still freezing in this school, and MO STILL hasn't put up my wallpaper! *sigh* They definitely have a conspiracy against us, or at least me. Hmm...I wonder why they won't put it up! *sigh* Well, thanks again for the comments everyone!
Ok, now I'll talk about the debate! ^^ As you can tell, I'm NOT dreading it nor complaining! Our team went FIRST yesterday because my team member lost a game of rock-paper-scissors (yes, really professional way to decide order). So anyway, we did pretty well (at least I thought), but it turned out that we were "the best debate of the day." After the debate, the audience (rest of the class members) voted on who they thought had a better argument/were more believable. Well, we were voted for! ^^ So my partner and I get extra credit on our Hamlet essays. It's wonderful! I'm officially done with Hamlet! Yay!
After school yesterday, I had to go grocery shopping with my mom first...so that delayed my return home to 4:00. Well, after going on MO for a half-hour, I started working on my dreaded autobiography revisions. Well...it took me the first 20 minutes or so to try to get the formatting done!!! I couldn't get stupid Word to format it right...to have the first page have a top margin of 2", the rest have 1", and the first page have no page number. It took so long...and it was so stupid! So I ended up cheating a bit after I got the margins right. I drew a white box and placed it over the "page 1" number...hehe, to cover it up. There was never a 1 there! ^^; Yeah, so anyhoo, after that then I worked on revising. I added to my connections between the poems and memoirs, expanded the one memoir, and I think that's it. I didn't want to "make the conclusion more interesting." I don't know what was meant by that...more interesting? Um, yeah. So today after school, I need to go to Staples and get it professionally bound. *nods* I hope it works right!
Ah, so yesterday was actually a really good day for me...up until right before going to bed. *sigh* I did something really stupid...my bro wanted me to put in Sakura Taisen 2, and load the game just to see it again (I finished it a while ago). Well, we had so many save files that I didn't know which one was the last one. ^^; Now, remember, this game is an IMPORT...it's all in Japanese. And yes, I might know a lot of Japanese, but I dont' know ALL of it...especially kanji. Well, the menues had lots of kanji, unlike the usual katakana...so I didn't remember what was what. *sigh* I ended up choosing..."delete file"...instead. *double sigh* On the finished game file...so all of the data from finishing the game, and all of the scores and whatnot from the mini games that you get after finishing the game...are gone. My bro got mad at me, and I got mad at myself. Now I'll have to finish it again and try to get that stuff back. Luckily there was a save file from before the last battle (I think), so I can start there...but it was just a bad end to my good day. ^^;
