I'm Back!
Hello all my anime obsessed friends. It is I, Angelus the Vampire. And it is so good being home! *hugs to all*
How have you all been? I am exhausted, personally. I was the only detailer who showed up for work yesterday (the other two had hang overs) -_-' Bastards. Anyway, when I last communicated with thou art, I related how I was journeying into the world of my father, aka the working world. In that time, I have recieved two raises (yay me!), been soaked with beer (which was not my fault! Nor was I drinking!), sorta formed a love triangle involving my best friend and his girlfriend (my fault lol) and had two dates (not with my best friend's girlfriend, I should make clear). That dates (which were with the same girl) both sucked to an insane level. I won't bore you with why - I'll just say that it wasn't my fault. I did everything I could to be sure she had a good time, but she was just...whatever.
I have decided not to venture into the dating world for a while. I'm so pissed with the whole system - I want (although this will never happen) to fall in love in an epic setting - like Leon and Ada from Resident Evil...victims of fate, thrown into the mix together and battling evil...*sigh*
Oh! And speaking of Resident Evil, there are two new movies coming out! Jill Valentine is back! *drool*
What else...seems like there was something...oh yeah! I bought a couple new anime DVDs: Ergo Proxy and Moon Phase. Ergo Proxy (which is the anime on my wallpaper) is like a dark, gothic Ghost in the Shell. I haven't been this excited about an anime since the Hellsing OVA. It was awesome. The first four episodes had me rivited. I watched them all in one day. It is one of the true animes...with a plot fit for intellects and intellects alone.
Moon Phase was also awesome, but much different. Imagine "InuYasha" with Kagome as a vampire and InuYasha as a human who Kagome calls her slave. Bam! You have Moon Phase. I'll be buying more of that bundle of cuteness. A cute vampire...what an interesting idea...
I have to work today, but when I return, I shall visit some sites. ^_^
