   Hello
Hi guys!

I'm very sorry I haven't poasted for about a week. I thought testing was over, but we still have to take tests that determine what classes we'll take in high school.-which sucks

So, how have things been going? We had a trip to Trinadad for Jazz Band yesterday, so no school that day! WHOO! No track either cuz it was canceled! We got a -1 and a 2 for performance from the judges which is CRAP. I mean it doesn't matter for the placing really, but what they were judging on. They said we had too many ppl, which we did have more than other bands, but does that really matter for MIDDLE SCHOOLERS?! I don't think they even listined to our music for most of them. They said we switched from rock to swing or something on one of our tunes which is not true. Those guys, most of them I think don't know anything of judging, and just want to go by the book of what a PERFECT jazz band is supposed to be like. Sorry if any of u guys know the judges that I was talkin about. It's just they made me so mad. Grrr!

It was fun playing there though. We had to bring 5 dollas for pizza, and my band teacher paid the rest. It was funny because almost the whole class wanted root beer when he was asking the class what they wanted to drink the day before yesterday.

I only have one more track meet which is on May the 6th. I hope we do good that day. Burr! It's cold outside. I hope it doesn't get too cold on that day.
