Owww...

I had to wake up around seven in the morning and leave at eight thirty to get to a softball game. It's a recreational league outside of school but our school is playing and we're coached by the school's coaches. It's another way to help them decide who makes the team even before tryouts. Anyway, we won both games. We play two in a row but there was an hour between them. During that time my dad came back [he had dropped me off and run to take my brother to a soccer game] with Bojangles so I had a steak biscuit thing. It was pretty good. I'd never had one before. ^^;; I got home around 2:45pm. So yeah, gone from 7:30am to 2:45pm. Not cool. I also slid and since my knee pad is stupid, I scraped up my knees, both of them. The right has two and the left has three. They're the thing you get when the skin is torn off. A strawberry or something. They sting... T.T I didn't really make any mistakes though. Struck out once and walked once and got two grounders hit to me in center field which I threw back in quickly. Now I'm heading to my friend's sweet sixteen party. I have no idea what we're doing. We're meeting at a resteraunt called Sonics. It's where you park your car beside a speaker, order from there, and then have your food brought out to you. You can also sit at a table and have them bring it to you instead. It'll be fun though because my friend is crazy. I have to wear shorts though because pants rub my knees and it hurts. I hate shorts... Oh well, I'll cya'll later. Friday!!

In spanish we presented our projects. We had to write stuff about ourselves in spanish and put pictures. These are the ones I used: [x] [x] [x] [x] I drew the first three, but I love the chicken one! Represents me and my friends at the movies. xD;; I did pretty well pronouncing when I presented. In english we had a dscussion on the book Stargirl that we're finishing Monday and in history we watched a short video of a past battle and then took notes. Today in math my calculator wouldn't graph a scatterplot thing on it, so I couldn't do anything during class. After school Ryan fixed it for me. ^^;; Now I think I'm going to the football game again tonight. My friend also let me borrow Armitage from her so I'll watch that tonight. Tomorrow I have to be at a place fifty minutes away by 8:30am for a softball game. Crap. I do not want to play. And it being early isn't the only reason I don't want to, it's just a big part. My eyes, sting so bad. Gaaah...

Math. Sucks. I hate the people in there. They're throwing things at each other and just being complete idiots! We can't learn anything because we spend over an hour going over the homework, around twenty minutes are wasted yelling at people to be quiet, and the last ten is for note taking. It's driving me insane. I need to be in honors class but it's too late to switch! Moving on... During US history, since we have class in a french room [not enough classrooms] there was something left on the overhead projector. When the teacher was writing notes he scrolled down to it, laughed, and then went over it with us. It was a thought process web thing about the costs of drug abuse. That led to a class debate on if smoking was worse than marijuana, if marijuana should be legal, and a bunch of other drugs and drug related things. Some pretty funny stuff was said by the end and the discussion wasted most of class so we had no homework. I do have homework in english, spanish, and math, as well as a spanish project so I'll still be busy tonight. There's an open house as well at school for the parents to meet the teachers. Usually my mom drags me there so she won't get lost trying to find my classrooms. I'll probably bring homework to work on... I have to read the first 24 chapters of Huckelberry Finn by Monday and I'm only on three. And.. that's all. Videos!

Nothing has happened that's interesting, but there's a guy who just came into my history class today. His name's Ben and he's from Luisiana. He's going to be at our school for about a month while his home is cleaned up from the hurricane and stuff. Speaking of hurricane Katrina... Yay!

Curcuit City had a sale yesterday on CDs. Every CD in the store was only $9.88. ^^ I got three: Audioslave, Fall Out Boy-From Under the Cork Tree, and the Offspring-Greatest Hits. I love them all. <3 Thanks to those who took my quiz yesterday! Tell me what you thought? I stayed up and did my math homework last night and it wasn't even due today! We had a test today. I think it went pretty good though. I'm going to do horrible on a spanish test tomorrow though. I hate spanish! But only because I suck at memorizing. ><;; I'm going to have to study a ton tonight. But I don't have any other homework. ^-^ Invited to a party this weekend! I have no idea what we're doing, but I know it will be fun since it's Courtney and she's crazy. =P Problem is, the school softball league [not the real season, something extra] will start Saturday as well... Blah

Sorry I updated kinda late today. I was making part 24 of my quiz series and it took a while because it ended up longer than usual. See, a Quiz! For girls though... Sorry if I bothered anyone with my comment on lack of comments. I was just hyper... Nothing's really happened today. My dad's kind of mad because no one wanted to go to the lake today so he's just watching football games. I'm pet sitting for my neighbors again. They have a cat and two dogs but today's the last day. And last night I had to watch all my siblings while my parents went to a college football game. Oh well... They listened ok.. But the twelve year old loves to pick fights with the nine and five year olds. Loser... -.-;; I have lots of homework to do. I had a history test with strange extra credit questions like "how many feet in a mile?" and "which two left handed guitar players died at age 27?". Care to make a guess at the answer? Anyway, last night my school had a football game. My dad dragged me out so he'd have an excuse to go. We lost but I did find some friends to hang out with so it wasn't unbareable. Last night around one in the morning, my sister started to come downstairs. She's only nine. I ran up and asked what was wrong. She said, "My friends like me and I have to talk to them." Then she tried going around me to get downstairs. I said, "no, go back to bed" and she let out a whiney "Why...?!" and went back to her room. Yes, she sleepwalks. I'm pet sitting for my neighbors starting tonight and ending Monday morning. I don't think we're going to the beach anymore either.. I don't mind. I hate being wet and sand is gross. Three Day Weekend!

It's Labor Day weekend, which means I will not have school on Monday! Whoooo! I think we're going to the beach on Saturday. Just driving down there, playing around, driving back. Anyway, the spanish teacher is cool because she's like "I know I won't be doing any work over the weekend, so I'm not giving you any." Hehe, and the test is Wednesday so we have Tuesday to review. In english, we turned in the book Stargirl [I was up until 1am reading and writing about it] and got Huckleberry Fin [sp?] instead. Have to read the first 24 chapters by the 12th. History test was today but we could work with a partner. Extra credit questions were strange like "how many feet in a mile?" and "which two left handed guitar players died at age 27?". Care to make a guess? I'll try to remember the answers. ^^;; I think me and Kelley did pretty good though. Then lunch was boring. I talked and read Fruits Basket. ^^;; Last was math. Blah...

Sorry about the long post yesterday. Thanks for those who read and commented. Well, nothing happened today really. Went to school on time. Didn't have to leave early for anything. Ryan makes fun of how easily I get embarassed. I have to read a book by tomorrow. Lots of math homework. Lots of spanish homework. First history test coming up soon. Already taken three history quizzes. First spanish test coming up too. I'm dreading it. Watching about New Orleans on the news makes me sad. My mom, who's been watching about it all day, keeps crying and has to find something to distract herself. Not cool. I hate this. Those people need help and they're not getting it. And..
