Happy Mothers Day

I'm still sick. Medicine doesn't work too well with me so my nose is constantly all runny and gross. It really sucks... -_-' But yesterday early morning my sister went camping with girl scouts and my dad and two brothers went camping with boy scouts. So that left me, my mom, and my youngest brother home. We went shopping briefly. I didn't really get anything though. Then we went to Red Lobster, just the three of us so that was great. Today my sister's back but my dad and brothers are still gone. Fine by me. Though I do miss Austin... Nathan can stay gone though. I don't like him. XP They'll all be back today though. Yesterday I had a softball which we won something like 15 to 2 by the slaugher rule. (if you're up by 10 runs in the fifth inning, then the game is over) It was fun. I kept stealing bases and I finally played shortstop! I tagged someout out as they were stealing second. ^^ I also played first and center field since our regular center fielder wasn't there. I was walked twice and got one hit, hard on the ground to their shortstop who missed it. I drew a couple pictures yesterday and will draw more today. *sniffles*

I'm most definitely sick. My nose is constantly running, it's really gross. My throat and eyes sting too. Anyway, in english all I did was read DNAngel number 7 and listen to my friends CD. Then in yearbook we were given more certificates to type up. Geometry we reviewed for a test and in creative writing we had an open mic where people read what they've written and we commented and after that we did whatever as long as it was accomplishing something. I read and drew. ^^' After school I didn't have softball though I did stop to talk to a few people on the team before heading outside. There I found Ryan and Allison and her friend Jeff and we hung out until we all had to leave. So... yeah. That was my day. I'm so glad it's Friday though! I mean, it really doesn't feel like Friday though. Yesterday did! But not today. Ah well, it is so yay for the weekend. My grandparents are here though. Really boring... Oh well again, I'll get through. I'll say I'm sick as an excuse not to have to hang out with them. All Over...

-fan art1-fan art2- I joined some place as an artist on gaia. Click to visit. Yep, that's right. My softball season has ended. Well, school at least. My rec leauge goes until mid to late June. Anyway, the JV team met by the softball fields today and just hung out, talked and ate cookies and soda. Then someone arrived with pizza and we all pigged out. I had three pieces myself... ^^' But it was really fun. My friend had a camera so I'm gonna have to get copies from her because I forgot mine. Anyway, we lost misurably on Tuesday (our last away game) and lost worse yesterday (our last total game). Monday's practice went well though! It was a terrible way to end the season. I keep getting dizzy spells where the entire world is spinning around me. It's really bad. I swear I'm not on drugs but I have a headache and I'm obviously getting sick. I hope I die. Late(ish) Post

((fan art1-fan art2 I joined some place as an artist. Click to visit.)) If you read yesterday's post then yay, you rock. ^^ Now moving on... I'm reading The Stranger by Albert Camus for my final english exam. I'm 12 pages in and so far it sucks. Very boring and stuff. In yearbook me and my friend were trusted with a confidential job involving printing certificates for people. Not allowed to tell anyone what they are though. In math we're still doing tons of work, currently circles. In creative writing we're going to start novels soon so we went over the different point of views you can write in. To test that we knew them we watched six different clips from movies and wrote out parts of the scene with one of the views. They involved the Ring1, the Jungle Book, Ghostbusters, Ace Ventura, Monkey Fist (or something), and another I don't remember right now. ^^' It was fun though. Softball practice today. The last one of this year! I'm happy but sad at the same time. I won't get to see these people as often anymore! I'm glad to leave the catcher but the others were cool! Shannon made us home made pixi stix. XD So yeah, we had practice like normal. Last away game tomorrow, last home game Wednesday. Problem is, I have to dress up tomorrow and in creative writing we were warned to wear active clothes for moving around outside. That sucks the stupid skirts I have are short and I have no dress pants to wear instead. Oh well, I guess I'll have to tie a jacket around my waist or slip on short underneath for a bit. ^^' That's ok though.. So, everything ends Wednesday night. Then Thursday we won't have practice but instead we're meeting at the field to have sodas and pizza with the JV team. XD Gonna be tons of fun. I just got the Alter Bridge CD and Nickelback-Silver Side up and Staind-Break the Cycle. Warning: Long Post Ahead

Wow. It's been a full week before I've really had much time to just sit and be online... Sometime during this week I got My Chemical Romance-Three Cheers for Sweet Revenge, Bowling for Soup-A Hangover You Don't Deserve, System of a Down-Toxicity, and The Offspring-Americana. Well, here goes the actual post: Monday-I don't remember... I had a softball game though. We lost again. It was like... 11 to 6 or something. I think it's because our pitcher starts walking people so then we all get nervous and anxious to end the inning and then the rest of us make mistakes as well. Tuesday-Once again, I don't remember. I had.... Hmm... I don't even remember if I had softball. No wait, I did. I had another game at school. We won this time, something like 12 to 3. I didn't really get to do anything. They weren't that good. Wednesday-In yearbook we had to meet in the gym while our teacher helped out with senior class pictures. Er, moving on... I didn't have a school game, just practice instead. It was funny b/c apparently the entire time the coach had been trying to hit the ball over my head in center field so I'd have to run back and catch it but she couldn't. A few of us stayed after practice a bit longer and she hit us more balls to field. I had to stay until she got one over my head. She finally did it and I was only a couple inches away from catching it. ^^' Oh well... After that I had a rec ball practice to go to. Before leaving for it, I found time to post a new fan art so please go vote, ok? Thanks! Thursday-We watched a movie called the Pianist in english class. It was about ghetto life in the holocaust. That's all I remember about what I did during the actual day. Coach was in a meeting so Lisa, the only senior on the varsity team came and hit us fielding practice. Pop flies and grounders. It was more fun than with the coach but don't tell her that. XD I was hitting good off the machine finally! Then after that I had a rec league game. We lost 18 to 11. Our hitting was really off. I couldn't get anything good either. The other team kept hitting it to the outfield at our worst players who just let the ball fall right out of their gloves or go over their heads. It was really frustrating. We were down 18 to 2 in the top of the sixth inning and came back 11 to 18 by the end of it. That wasn't enough though and we still lost. Friday-Finished watching the Pianist in english class. After school we had another game. We won 7 to 0. It was really great. For once the pitcher didn't start walking tons of people! ^^' I made probably the best catch I have all year. I play center field. I had to run back and to my right at the same time and somehow twisted around to catch a ball that was almost over my head. It was really awesome. XD After our game varisty played but before they started we had senior night for the one senior on our team, Lisa. She started crying... We're all going to miss her. She's going to be playing softball at a college next year. She's a really really good player. Since she plays catcher like 99% of the time, they bought her a home plate that all the varisity players had signed. Also, each of them gave her a single rose so at the end she had a huge bundle of them. Balloons and banners were all across the surrounding fence. I got home and found time to post another fan art picture that I had drawn the same day as the other one. I forget which day I actual drew them each. Saturday-Slept late and then woke up to head straight to another softball game. Rec league this time. We won 13 to 14 and I hit the game winning home run. It was the coolest thing ever! XD We had been down the entire game because of bad pitching on our part and were finally coming back when the other team got a double play because of one of our newer inexperienced players. I went up to bat, score tied and two outs and their pitcher threw the ball. It was perfect. I swung and it went a line drive waaay over the third baseman and left fielder. It was so cool! Then we won the game. ^______^ We had been playing in a thunderstorm actually. It was really windy and there was a constant rain. It was hard to play in. We had to stop once and hang out in the dugouts until a really rough part passed and then we started up again. It was great though. I love rec ball. ^^ So much fun. Then I had to babysit six of my neighbors at once. They were pretty good, mostly playing video games or playing with each other. Next I went home and watched adult swim and stuff. Did Hughes really die? ;_; That made me sad... After all of that I brought my laptop to my room and added a bit to two of my stories and then finished watching the first ten episodes of Bleach. I've discovered I really like it. Sunday-Hmm.. That's today isn't it? ^^' Let's see... I woke up and ate breakfast and then got on the computer for the first time in a week. I have about four people I need to draw on gaia since I joined some place as an artist. Click to visit, ok? ^^ Now I guess I'll spend the rest of the day hanging out and putting off homework until the very last moment possible. I'm so responsible right? School softball ends this coming Wednesday and then I'll have free time again! XD I know this is bad but I really can't wait... School ends this month also! Finally!!!

I managed to sleep past 8am! I somehow didn't wake up until 1:30. ^^' But I finally got sleep after about a month of waking up by 8 every morning. Meh, I'm such a night owl. I hate mornings... My softball game went really well. We won 13 to 3. ^^ The first time I went to bat I hit the second pitch over the second baseman and center fielder and all the way to the fence! I got a homerun my first time at bat. ^_____^ During the game I played at third, then first, then sat out, then in left field. So, I still don't know where my main position will be... Oh well, I love rec ball. Much less serious than school. Shh... Don't tell my coach. ^^' I have another school game tomorrow and a rec one Thursday. I just watched Castle in the Sky and it was pretty good. ^^' I also watched the first five episodes of Bleach and I liked it too. I have season one of POT to watch as well when I have time. So... I have a project and math homework to complete. Bleh...

My friend decided she couldn't go to the movies with me yesterday so the whole idea went up in flames. I went to practice at 8 in the morning and it ran late so we left at 10:30 instead of 10. But since my friend couldn't come, me and my mom went to the store and she talked me into getting two more skirts. One's jean, one's gray cottonish stuff. I hate dressing up... -_-' I also got a bracelet. It's one of those with the little square links that you collect with different patterns and link them together to make it how you want. I just got the starting the, the silver links with black on each edge. I don't think I'll be collecting many of the charms. Soon I'm leaving for another softball game. My first rec one. I have no idea where I'll play since I missed so many practices because of school ball. I haven't even gotten my uniform! I'll have to get it and change quick before the game. Oh well, I hope we win. We are trying to talk my dad into taking us to the dollar fifty movie theater to see Meet the Folkers and maybe National Treasure too. ^^' I tried to rent Naausica yesterday but it was checked out from the store. Softball crap...

Well, I was led to believe Nausicaä was new... Thanks for setting me straight on that guys. XP Anyway, this is how my week of softball went: Well I had games Tuesday, Wednesday and Thursday of this week. The first two were against the same school, our school rivals. Tuesday we lost 11 to 0. Whoo, we suck. We played like crap too. Wednesday we lost 9 to 0. Whoo, we suck. But we did better than the previous day. I caught several balls in the outfield between the two games. I couldn't hit either day though. I fouled one off and that's the best I did. I'm too used to the slow pitching of rec ball. Thursday we played a different school. Their pitcher was slow so the first time I struck out, second I hit a hard grounder to their shortstop who threw me out at first and last I slammed one over the third baseman and right into the left feilder's glove because she happened to be playing to deep in the field. Then the girl got out while I was on deck so the game ended when I should've gotten to try again. Crap. I caught another ball in the outfield and stopped two more. I play center field by the way. I get praised a lot for what I do out there, catching the ball and getting it back in quickly, not letting it past me... I wonder if they really mean it? I don't know... ^^' Today I have no school but practice at 8 in the morning to around 10. Now I'm about to call my friend and meet her at the movies where we'll see Fever Pitch ((because she loves Jimmy Fallon)) and then I'm making her see the Nightmare Before Christmas and then she's making me watch her best of Jimmy Fallon DVD. It should be fun. I've known her since kindergarten. That's like... what, 11 years I guess? Heh, it's a miracle she's put up with me that long. ^^' Oh well, I should be thankful. =P Let's see... I got grades! In creative writing I have a 100%. In honors english II I have a 99% and in honors geometry I've got a 78%. Yeah... math sucks. I liked algebra a lot more. The yearbook teacher doesn't even bother giving out interums. This guy in yearbook class had blonde hair and tried to dye it black. It came out silvery purple which looked pretty cool and he liked it so it didn't matter that it messed up. My hair is naturally so dark brown it looks black. I want to get random colored highlights put in. I've been told to get purple or red. I may get red.. Like crimson or something. That'd be cool and it'd shock everyone because I've never done anything really to my hair before. And... This post is more than long enough. Stuff...

New fan art! Go check it out! Well yesterday my rec softball team had a scrimage against another. Their pitching sucked so we just got walked a lot. It was almost 20 to nothing by the end. ^^' Oh well, we won. During the game I played third, shortstop, first, left field and pitcher. Now I have no idea where I'll be playing full time... In english we're doing a project on the halocaust. In yearbook we did nothing agian. That teacher is the softball coach so we talked about softball stuff and I asked him about my hand. He said to ice it and stretch it out and stuff. In math we watched another really retarded video that we didn't get anything out of and are having a test tomorrow. The teacher can't teach worth crap so I'm gonna fail again. Lastly, in creative writing we watched more of Dead Poets Society. That teacher told me about Nausicaä, a new film by Miyazaki. He watched it this weekend and told me it was better than Princess Mononoke and that I needed to watch it. Since most of my writing is kinda anime based, he called me anime Ashley last friday. ^^' Oh well... He finds good things for me to watch. Practice today went from around 2:30 to 5 to prepare for this week. Tomorrow we play a school at home and then we play that same school wednesday at their school. Thursday we play a different school at their home. Friday I don't have school but we're having practice from 8am to 10am. Looks like I'm not going to be able to catch up on sleep again... There is something wrong with me...

And I'm not talking about my hand. I know why it hurts... I'm talking about why I can't sleep anymore. I went to be after 2am and got up at 8:30. Usually it's at least 11! T.T Yesterday I got up early too... So yeah, there's something wrong with me. Anyway.. ^^' I am bored. Yes, bored. Big surprise huh? I didn't do anything yesterday. I was just lazy. Today I have a softball practice for my non school league. I want to skip and go bowling. XD But I don't think my dad will let me. Hehe, oh well.
