No softball today! XD

I never mentioned that we watched The Gods Must Be Crazy in english one day. Well... we did ^^' And it was pretty funny and strange. We're close to convincing the english teacher to let us watch Monty Python and the Holy Grail later too! XD I have a basketball game and I'll be wearing shorts so I get to show off my wonderfully purple legs! Heh, I get hit all the time in softball practice... XP But whatever. Also, tonight I'm getting money! XD I'm babysitting my annoying neighbors for two or three hours so yeah... And my teacher finally let me borrow Akira! I have to watch it sometime this weekend. It's his special addition and when he handed it to me he said, "it's gruesome and grown up and not for girls." And then he put it in my hand. ^^' Silly teacher! Yeeessss!!!!!

It's finally Friday, finally the weekend! This is my first time on a school team and it's really taking it out of me! ^^' But it's fun so whatever... Wednesday we had to run two laps with a wrapped twinkie (cream filled cake things) in each hand. Today we had to bring them back to practice and we found out we did it b/c you're supposed to run with relaxed hands and you're supposed to bat that way too. ^^' So yeah... I'm giving mine to these guys in english who wanted them. XD I was late to english today but we didn't do much of anything, made fake money (with gnomes! XD) in yearbook, finished A Beautiful Mind in math, and had a class open mike in creative writing. Now... I'm going to go waste hours being lazy since I haven't been able to this week. Home again!

Another boring day. Did stuff in english, made bookmards for little kids in yearbook, watched most of A Beautiful Mind in math, and wrote a three page fan fiction really quickly in creative writing. I'll type up a better version for ya'll if I get the time. ^^' K? Then I had softball practice again... I'm so lucky the math teacher's out of town right now b/c we're watching a movie so we get no new homework and our current homework isn't due until tuesday! Tired! T.T

Tonight the dreaded night finally came. I had to read *shifty glance* A poem! That's right, a poem written by myself (with a little help) in front of a large amount of people. It went ok though I did have to stand on my toes behind the podium thing so I could see clearly over. *ish short* XP I was also the 32nd to read. There were over 40 I think and one group of guys played a really awesome song and a girl did an awesome one herself. All accustic though. But also, I made the softball team! *dances* I now have a life and that is why I haven't been posting early like usual. It's almost 9:30 now and I just got home. K, so I got to school at 7:25am for class and went through the day like normal. Afterwards I met up with the other softball people and we changed in the bathroom. (Because locker rooms suck! XD) Then we piled into someone's car and rode to the fields across the parking lot and street. We had practice which involved running two laps around the field with a wrapped twinkie in each hand. We're supposed to bring them back (uneaten!) to practice on Friday. Also I got beamed in the leg with a grounder I missed, adding to the bruised lump on my knee. After that we had a kinda team meeting for players and parents and we looked at rules and requirements and the ordering of softbally clothes. We also got pizza and sodas! ^.^ Then I had to rush over to the open mic thing where I read my poem. Now I'm home and tired and I have homework... Squee...?

New fan art! K, in english we had a sub and watched Roxanne, nothing in yearbook, nothing in math, in creative writing I had to write about a clock and the teacher had a nun puppet that had boxing gloves and you could make it punch. He kept hitting the head off of a students boxing giraffe pen. XD Then He'd go around hitting kids radomly in the back of the head. I gave him a bobble head spiderman keychain and in return for it and my giving him a copy of the Green Day CD, he's letting me borrow the movie Akira as soon as he remembers to bring it. Now, I have to go to softball tryouts. If I feel like heading to school late tonight I'll find out if I made it or not. Mya!

I got home at 5:30 today. It should've been later but tryouts ended early. Yep, softball tryouts! They're only cutting a few people so if I don't make it I will cry and I haven't cried in a long time... I think I'm doing pretty well, though with all the running I will definitely have sore legs tomorrow... Anyway, my Valentines Day was almost complete! I got two hugs and won some chocolate in math class... I also did good at tryouts! ^.^ The only thing that would make it better was if I had a boyfriend. See? This is my alone on Valentines Day poem written for creative writing: I sit here quietly Alone On this special day for lovers I glance across the room At you Sitting there unaware I exist A soft sigh escapes My lips And I frown watching the floor Slowly I rise and stand Sluggishly Walking out the door I see all the people everywhere So happy As I proceed alone. Fwee...!

((New fan art again! XP)) Sorry for the double post yesterday. I didn't realize... I was picked up during second period to go to the eye doctor. I have 20x40 vision in my right eye and 20x30 in the left. I was told to get glasses. I won't even wear sunglasses! I can't imagine real glasses... I need them to see the board in class, drive and play softball. I might end up getting contacts sometime. Then I was brought back to school during third, just in time to join in on the test taking... T.T I think I failed... My creative writing teacher wants more people from our class to read on open mic (see last post) on Wednesday so at the end of class we went through our stuff to find something. I showed him a poem, he shouted "it's in!" and set it on his desk. Now I have to read! ;_; Also I did the in class open mic today and was going to red an almost 3 page typed story but chickened out and just read the intro paragraphs. Then the class commented and one girl said, "The introduction is supposed to make you want to read the story... and yours made me want to read it so bad!" That made me really happy. ^^ You can click here to read it yourself. If you comment about it I'd be really happy! I also got my car today! It's a silver 1996 Honda Acord. XD My dad's gonna be driving it to work though since I don't have my license yet... Swoot!

Grandaddy's doing fine. ^^ My dad's at their house until tomorrow to help out. I uploaded a crap load of new fan art as soon as my computer was fixed. Please go rate at least! ^^ Thanks! Umm... today was pretty uneventful. In creative writing we wrote a title for a short story on a piece of paper and then started it. After a minute the teacher made us pass it to the person next to us and they'd add on to it. Finally it made it's way back to us and we had to finish it so it remained similar to the title. Mine was titled Run and was about an insane princess who killed everyone and had to spend her life fleeing from people seeking revenge... On Wednesday we're having a school wide open mic like we do Fridays in class where you have to read something you've written in front of everyone there. Back to normal...ish...ness

Nothing happened today. Last night I practiced softball since tryouts are coming up but now I'm sore. Oh well, better to get it out now than to wait and be all sore during tryouts... ^^' My grandaddy's in the hospital. O.o A while ago he had a support beam dropped on his head. He was later rushed to the hospital for emergency surgery. They ended up drilling into his skull and draining the blood and fluids there that wasn't supposed to be. Whoo!

Thursday- Spent hours at the mall only to get a shirt that's gray with darker gray sleeves from the guys section that's way to big for me and some black knee high socks with neon pink, blue and green stripes to play with later. ^.^ Friday-Basketball practice. Violent basketball practice. Saturday-Basketball game. Violent basketball game. But we won so it's all good. Like... I dunno the score anymore but it was fairly close. Sunday-I forgot! >.< Monday-School again, how boring. Basketball practice afterwards. Tuesday-More school... Wednesday-More school again... Thursday-Even more school... Friday-Did I mention school yet? Well... it's over for two days! XD Whoooo! And that's it for Friday... No wait! I went to watch my high school basketball guys who've only won about half their games beat another high school's team who's only lost one game! XD Awesome... Saturday-Lost a basketball game 10 to 44 against the number one team it our league. (not school team) The sad part is that my team's number two. XP Going to a college basketball game tonight... Hopefully they'll do better than we did. Sunday-They didn't. Well they did but they still lost. By two points. Today I had another basketball game and we won 24 to 26. ^.^ My friend's on the other team and she fouled out which got her even more frustrated than she already was... Monday-Uneventful day at school followed by my dad finally fixing the computers. Yaaaay! ^^ I can post and upload again! Videos of the day will resume tomorrow! ^.^
