Happy Friday!

Whoo! It's finally Friday. I love Friday's. ^_^ School was ok... In biology we're just taking tons of practice tests preparing for EOC's (End of Cirriculum tests) but at least they were on the laptops today. Yearbook we're making door hangers and today we were assigned a project. Everyone but the seniors have to make a mosaic picture. You know how you take all the little pictures and put them together so from far away it looks like a different picture? Well, me and Jackie are doing a sunset over the water because that'll be easyish. ^_^' You just take a bunch of sunset pictures and position them as a sunset. I'll post a copy of the finished thing when we're done. Civics we took quizzes, notes and then played Life and other board games for the rest of the time. Spanish this kid keeps coming in and taking the tiny guitar the teacher has and playing it at her. One guy mooned the teacher twice and she missed it both times though he was right in front of her. People throw handfulls of beans at her as well as balls of playdoh. The floor is turning red.. So.. tonight I'm going to Amazing Glaze which is a store where you pick out a statue thing to paint and then you paint it all cool and they glaze it for you and make it shiny. ^_^ Hehe, me, and my mom and sister are going. We have a deal through my dad's work where we only pay for the piece we paint instead of the paint and time we take as well. My laptop is still broken but the internet is fixed! Hey guys!

Long time no talk! Sorry, been kinda busy and sick and all that.. Anyway, happy first of December! 24 days until Christmas! Haha, it's too early to count but I'll start anyway. So.. nothing much happened in the past few days. Monday I stayed home from school sick. Tuesday I went back, got make up work and went to basketball practice at eight. Not through school though. I don't do any school sports. Today was boring too though I'm all caught up with my missed work! My friend made me a bracelet made of rubber bands that looks really cool. I'll try to scan a picture sometime. Hehe, mine's black, orange, and green. So I'm making a few of my friends some too! I'll write the colors here before I forget, k? Jackie-Green, pink, blue Alison-Green, black Stephanie-Blue, black And that's it. I'm also gonna post some pictures here soon so watch out for them. I got a new Shonen Jump yesterday. The laptop's still broken but my dad emailed the company again so hopefully they'll do something... Well, gotta go now. Cya! My new laptop doesn't work. It kept shutting off with error messages but last night it went for over an hour without messing up. I was working on something when the message came up again. T_T So my dad emailed the company again and we're waiting for the reply. So, I am once again laptopless... Nothing really happened... I have three giant packets to finish for biology tomorrow and I'm still sick. It's really not cool... T_T Umm... Happy late Thanksgiving!

I'm back ^_^ Ok, Thursday we went down to my aunt's house and had Thanksgiving lunch. Nothing else really happened... I wasn't feeling to good. Once we got home it only got worse. Friday we got up and drove to Hickory to my grandparents house. So we got there and pretty much right away had Thanksgiving dinner. Then we hung out and were bored out of our minds. I was so bored I went furniture shopping with my parents! We're replacing the living room couch. So.. I think we picked out a couch. It's kinda square so you can fit it into a corner and have it go out along the wall in two directions. It's really squishy. ^_^ Then we went back and were bored again until we went to bed. Our family always takes the basement and this time I got an air matress all to myself! ^_^ Hehe, whoo! Oh, my sickness got worse and it was a runny nose and bad cough all day. Today we woke up, hung out, ate, hung out more, packed, started driving, stopped to eat again, and now we're finally home! ^_^ I really don't like going to my grandparents house... But I survived. Hehe, spent a lot of time listening to CDs. That one Daniel made me didn't have like any of the songs I asked for but I like what he put too. Hehe, he asked me to write down about 18 songs and he'd make me a CD but he ended up just throwing songs he liked on it to "broaden my music listening". Hehe, I still like it. Oh, and my throat's still hurting and my nose it still runny. K, the new laptop! ^_^ It's much better than my old broken one and it's still free. The old one was all black and this one is a Latitude D600 and it's silver and black and smaller and more lightweight. So yes, it's really cool. It even has wireless internet but my dad doesn't want to pay to set it up... It keeps getting an error that it can't read the hard drive though and then it shuts off. Any ideas? Hehe, the keys also feel weird. They're like.. flatter or something! And you have to press them harder to make them work. Oh well, I'll get used to it! Also, we watched The Terminal and Harry Potter3 which are both really good. ^_^ So check them out! Cya'll! Ashley's Video of the Day Castle II Darn... Yay!

First full day off and I slept until 1pm. ^_^' What? I was having a good dream! Hehe.. So... what are you guys doing for Thanksgiving? Tomorrow we're going to my aunt's house to eat and hang out and stuff. Then the next day we're going to Hickory to my grandparents house to eat and hang out some more! Bleh, I don't like giong to my grandparents house though. It's really boring and there's nothing to do and we're confined to the basement at night. T_T I really don't wanna go. Guess what?! I just got my laptop! *uber grin* Hehe, now I have to wait for my dad to get home though so he can transfer the info from the broken one to this one. Hurry up dad! =P Hehe.. Also, my brother downloaded like... 8 .hack//SIGN albums each with around 20 songs. So we're listening to them now. ^_^' Hehe, I like them! Whoo!!!

Ok, in biology we watched Evolution the whole time and got fairly far into it.. Then in yearbook me and Jordan made a holiday card! ^_^ Here's what it said: Have a holly jolly Christmas Have Halloween on Christmas My sleeve smells like rubberbands on Christmas Cuz it's Christmas time! Hehe, doesn't that rock? We were trying to think of what to write when I randomly shouted "Have a holly jolly Christmas" so that's how we got that line. The next was from me saying I don't like Christmas, I like Halloween and Daniel agreed saying let's have Halloween on Christmas. The third was me leaning on my arm and I said "hey, my sleeve smells like rubberbands!" Hehe, and that's how it happened. For lunch I stayed in the yearbook room and the teacher ordered pizza! ^_^ Since we have three different lunch times and I have first, we had to stay in the back little room while his current class stayed in the main room watching us eat. Hehe.. In civics we played Life and I won! Hehe, then in spanish the teacher tried to make us do work but failed horribly. And... that was my day. Still no laptop but Thanksgiving break has started! Whoo!

Tomorrow's the last day before Thanksgiving break! ^_^ Anyway... In biology we had to present a project made as a slideshow so we loaded it on the projector and that thing's possessed! It kept going fast through everything and then when I clicked to restart it, it just printed a big "n" in the middle of the screen. Other stuff happened too but I won't bother explaining it. ^_^' The biology teacher's retarded though. Break means to have time away from anything school related. Our teacher's like, "Ok, you're missing school, here's enough work to make up for all the time missed." Gah! It's not fair... T_T So now I have three packets to do before the break's over. Oh well, we are watching Evolution tomorrow. Also, yearbook party tomorrow! ^_^ Hehe, fun. Last week I told my friend about a book I wanted to read and she got it over the weekend. She let me borrow it today. ^_^ It's Girl Got Game and it's really good. Hehe, I like it! If you wanna know what it's about just ask. I watched Elf last night too but it's not really my kinda movie. I mean, it was funny but kinda stupid too. I've cleaned out my friends list so if you see you're gone and want to be added back just ask. It's really hard to manage a massive list though, ya know? K, no video today because I have to go. Cya!

Bleh..

Still no laptop. Are people getting mad at me for not being on AIM yet? ^_^' I'm really sorry... I might try to come around to people's sites today. Then I'm going to draw. We also rented Elf so I'm gonna watch that later. And.. that's pretty much all that I have planned! I can't really make any more quizzes until I get my new laptop either because this computer is so slow. Everyday I have to reset like ten times just to get something done and the quiz site is slow on its own without a crappy computer. I can't write anything either because all my stories are saved to the broken laptop! T_T Umm... yeah, I can't think of anything else to write so... I'll stop now. Short post, yay! Hehe..

K, we met around 4:45 at my school and piled onto the bus. It was only about 3/4 of the way full but that's ok. There was one freshman, a few sophomores, some juniors and a few seniors. (I'm a sophomore) So we left the school at 5 and rode almost two hours to Rocky Mount b/c of heavy traffic. They sang some but not too much. We got to the game and decided to just eat there instead of stopping on the way and being late. So, we went inside and ate and then got ourselves some Thunderstix which are those blow up things that you hit together to make loud noises. We watched the game which sucked b/c we lost 40 to 7. Our team was like 10th placed and we were playing 1st place though... Oh well, we still had fun. We met up with my friend at the game and her little 3yr old nephew kept beating me up with his Thunderstix thing. ^_^' Haha, I was playing back though. Then we loaded back up on the bus, having to first wait like thirty mintutes for everyone to get on. We finally left Rocky Mount and headed back home. The black girls and the white guys were signing and it was so funny. Hehe, just to let you know I'm not racist at all if I'm sounding like I am. (Though I don't think I do..) I love you all! ^_^ K, so some guys from our school who drove themselves pulled up beside our bus and a guy stood up out of the sun roof and mooned everyone. So of course like ten guys on our bus got beside the windows and mooned them back. XP So yeah, we lost really bad but the ride back was still insane. We got back to the school around midnight when my dad picked me up. I finally went to bed around 1am. ^_^ It was awesome though. And that was the trip! And.. I'm assuming no one cares that I changed the music so it stays how it is, k? Still no laptop! Comments: I get my music from here. ^_^ Have fun! Weeeeeeeee!

Haha, I'm so hyper and happy! ^_^' Today didn't just feel like Friday, it is Friday! And I have fun plans planned. Hehe.. Ok, first off in biology I finished my project while using the laptop so I tried to go to my sites. You know the list of links in my intro? Well out of them only the greatestjournals work because my school bans all the good sites. So, I went to freewebs.com and was really bored. I ended up changing the music on my site. You like it? It was Believe it or Not by Nickelback and now it's So Far Away by Staind. ^_^ Whoo! So yeah... Didn't have the pizza party in yearbook b/c the teacher couldn't get in touch with the pizza place so we're having it Tuesday. That teacher was nominated the teacher of the year though! ^_^ Yay! Hehe, he's cool. Civics I was on the jury and me and Stephanie wanted to have the guy guilty but no one else did. K, basically here's the (made up) case: A guy and girl were riding their bikes. The girl slowed around the curve and the guy was going so fast he ran into her and broke her leg. Her dad sued so the guy should pay the hospital expenses. So, don't you think it's the guys fault? I mean, he was speeding so fast around a corner and he had no way of knowing if anyone would be there! It just pisses me off... They're so stupid! They out voted me and Stephanie so they said it was the girls fault for being run into from behind. How can she help that?! Idiots.. In spanish they had cinnimon sticks of wood that you chew a bit and then suck on to taste the flavor. Kyle went into the back of the room and lit one with a lighter and started to smoke it. The whole room smelled like burning wood and the teacher never noticed. Also, she made the mistake of putting the remote down in the open so of course it has disappeared again. ^_^' And that was my school day.. In a couple hours I heading back to school to meet people in the parking lot and we're getting on a bus and riding an hour to watch our varsity football team play in a tournament. I'm not a super school spirited person but it'll be so fun just to hang out with everyone. We're leaving at 5:00pm and the game doesn't start until 7:30pm. It's only an hour drive so we'll have a lot of time to kill by just being crazy. ^_^ So I can't wait. Hehe.. Fun fun. Thanks to ya'll who checked out my new fanart and sorry this post is long!
