hihi!
hehe, the concert was awesome.

we picked up my friend allison and went straight to the stadium place around right before 6:30 and went in. the ground was all wet from rain so we brought towels and a tarp to sit on. hehe, yep we got grass seats. anyway, we went inside and i asked the dude selling t-shirts if they had any of all 3 bands but they didn't! T_T so i just got a nickelback one b/c they're my fave. out of them all but only barely. so anyway, we made our way to the grass and found a seat pretty close and puddle of mudd was playing. we missed a lot of them though b/c allison left to get a pretzel and me and austin went with her. darn... but we came back and they played She F***ing Hates Me which was awesome b/c all people were singing along. :p people were smoking and crap all around us though. X_x and two girls came up beside us and were all over each other... but they quickly left. anyway, next nickelback started playing! yaaaaay! ^_^ they were awesome. they had flame and fireworks shooting up surrounding the drummer! hehe, they said f*** like every chance they got though... o well. ^_^' heh, it was awesome! they played all my favorite songs. it grew dark and then finally 3 doors down came on. they rock man! they played tons of songs and even one brand new one and they were all great. they played Hero from spiderman1 too! and during Love Me When I'm Gone (or whatever it's called) they showed our troops over in the war in iraq and stuff and had the American flag everywhere and everyone got out their lighters. it showed the people leaving their loved ones and it was kinda sad. T_T' k, moving on... the concert was awesome though! i loved it. ^_^ but at the end people were leading their drunk friends through the crowd and my feet hurt from standing the whole time. hehe ^_^' we dropped my friend by her house and got home after midnight and the me and austin watched .hack//legend of the twilight bracelet and then went to bed. so, that's it for that topic...

now for why i wasn't here yesterday!

yesterday we woke up early and drove the over three hours to my grandparents house for my granddaddy's 70th birthday party. me and my mom and dad and some relatives went to the church and set things up. we were providing the food so i chopped up oranges while my mom carved the watermellon. i was on the second to last orange when my hand slipped and i sliced open my finger. man, that scared me so bad! i wrapped it up in a paper towel very quickly so it barely even bleed but man... my dad had just done that same thing to his finger and gotten stitches and i've gotten them in my leg before and it hurt. i've actually sliced my finger before and it need stitches but i didn't do it so now i have a big scar. ^_^' but whatever, this one didn't even need a bandaid but it will probably leave a scar too. moving on... the party was hawaii themed so we had lots of paper umbrellas and stuff everywhere and bright tropical colors and crap. i refused to dress up. i wore white shorts and my black nickelback t-shirt i had just gotten. hehe ^_^' anyway, they had a piniatta for the kids and stupid music to go with everything. my uncle is a professional chef so he catered and it was really good except that my stomach was killing me even before i had eaten anything so i couldn't eat much. for the rest of the night i felt like i would throw up. T_T the party finally ended (i was overcrowded with relatives! O.O') and we went home and hung out until YYH started and stuff. hehe, my cousin came in when futurama started and was like, ha! i love this show! hehe, he's cool. i didn't know he was into anime (i know futurama isn't anime) and stuff until last night. he said after he burned some to DVD he'd give us stacks of things to watch. hehe, great! ^_^ he also loved sealab. haha it was great. we were chased out of the room but still managed to watch inuyasha and wolf's rain so it's ok. we woke up early again the next day and spent it bugging my dad to take us home and he finally did. so now i'm here agian! whoo!

now i am so freaking tired b/c i always feel sick at my grandmother's house! T_T
