Tired! T.T
Tonight the dreaded night finally came. I had to read *shifty glance* A poem! That's right, a poem written by myself (with a little help) in front of a large amount of people. It went ok though I did have to stand on my toes behind the podium thing so I could see clearly over. *ish short* XP I was also the 32nd to read. There were over 40 I think and one group of guys played a really awesome song and a girl did an awesome one herself. All accustic though.
But also, I made the softball team! *dances* I now have a life and that is why I haven't been posting early like usual. It's almost 9:30 now and I just got home.
K, so I got to school at 7:25am for class and went through the day like normal. Afterwards I met up with the other softball people and we changed in the bathroom. (Because locker rooms suck! XD) Then we piled into someone's car and rode to the fields across the parking lot and street. We had practice which involved running two laps around the field with a wrapped twinkie in each hand. We're supposed to bring them back (uneaten!) to practice on Friday. Also I got beamed in the leg with a grounder I missed, adding to the bruised lump on my knee.
After that we had a kinda team meeting for players and parents and we looked at rules and requirements and the ordering of softbally clothes. We also got pizza and sodas! ^.^ Then I had to rush over to the open mic thing where I read my poem. Now I'm home and tired and I have homework...
So I have decided that having a life sucks!
