Back and Done
I'm back from the reunion. It was in the mountains by a lake that I was pushed into after refusing to swim. I hate being wet in the first place, and the water was freezing. It was my little sister that did it. As of now, I still refuse to forgive her. I did end up riding out in a canoe with my dad and young cousin, Katie. My arms are sore. Also, I threw softballs with my dad so that made me sore as well. Anyway, it's the same as every time they try to hold a reunion. We don't see each other very often, so everyone splits up and stays with just the people they know. One older cousin, Keith, used to play with us when we were little and he joined us in volleyball. The ball was really old and extremely hard. My wrist is bruised and hurting, but at least I hit it back over the net a lot of the time.
We ate lunch and dinner there. The food was mostly gross, at least to me. There isn't a wide range of stuff that I enjoy eating. I had fried chicken and a biscut for lunch, and a hotdog for dinner, with soda spread randomly throughout the day. Mostly I just drank a sip from a brother's or my dad's.
Finally, it ended and we went to my grandparent's house. I hate it there even more than the mountain reunion. We stayed the night as well as two cousins, an aunt, and two uncles. I'm a loser, so I managed to find a place where I could stay up until two watching anime. Then I had to sleep in a room with the one year old cousin and my little sister.
Woke up the next morning, ate pancakes, hung out, ate lunch, packed, and left for the three hour drive home. At least this time my cousin, Andrew, who had ridden up with us, was not there. He rode with my aunt and uncle who also live near us, so Jillian, Nathan, and Zack sat in the middle while me and Austin had the back seat to ourselves once again.
During the trip I managed to finish reading Harry Potter and the Half-Blood Prince. All I have to say is that the loss of the character who died was not as devastating to me as it could have been if it had been another, I like Malfoy and feel sorry for him, and I hate Snape, though probably not as much as I should. There you go! Don't think I spoiled anything too badly..
I will also attempt tomorrow to find a time where Jackie, Courtney, Chelsea, and I can all go to a movie for my birthday and possibly come to my house afterwards for pizza, cake, ice cream, and all that stuff. We'll see Charlie and the Chocolate Factory since all four of us really want to see it, I just have to say when and call them all up.
