Now you're too close to the pain, let all the rain go further
I was going to update from school, but the site or something wouldn't let me log in. xP
Anyway, I didn't even touch my computer yesterday. [Homg! =O] I was at school until after 9pm for Open Mic, which is where students read poems, short stories, or songs they've written to an audience of whoever shows up. I read [this] one and people said they could tell how nervous I was. xP
I was at school for so long because I helped set up and clean up. We had it in the library so we had to move tons of tables and chairs and arrange them how we wanted. Then we had to put them all back after. We did get pizza though. And soda. And cupcakes! [we had a bake sale] =B
All in all, it went pretty well.
Today! An author guy came to talk to us about his book called Things Change. I'm not even sure of the author's name though. In computer I made a webpage about myself and then helped a couple others with theirs. In art we're collaging, and in chemisty we had a test.
My contacts bother me in the left eye, but the right seems perfectly fine. It's so good to be able to see again! xD;;
