Well, once again I managed not to get a single bit of sleep during the ride home.
We woke up around eight in the morning for the hotel breakfast, which sucked. Then we went over to the New York side of Niagra Falls since I think things were cheaper their. So, we drove back over from Canada and went. We rode the Maid of the Mist but my poncho saved me and only my face and shoes got wet. It felt like it was pouring though! And the boat rocked a lot. For those of you who don't know, the Maid of the Mist is a boat that takes you into the horseshoe part of Niagra Falls, and also right past the other parts. The mist from the Falls spray all over, so when you go right down beside them, you will get drenched if you don't put on the poncho they'll give you.
Well, after that we walked around some more and saw the stupid waterfalls from many different angles. I got dizzy at one point, and it smelled so bad I started gagging like I was going to throw up, but I managed not to! It was really disgusting. I think it was from all the seaguls everywhere.
Somewhere nearing 3pm we finally went back to the car and my dad got us some food. Then we finally started the drive back. We didn't get home until 4am and we all just unloaded and went straight to bed. Once again, I did not sleep at all. At 10:50pm a huge fog rolled in. You couldn't even see more then ten feet in front of the car!
But now I'm home and I'm so glad to be. I am not going to do anything for a while. Vacations suck, especially ones where all there is to do is sight see, which is what I just did.
