   Evacuated Again
Hello all! Guess what happened today in school? We got evacuated again! We sat outside after the fire alarms went off for a while, then were told to go over to the CC. Why do people keep doing this??? It's not going to keep us from taking out finals, for Pete's sake! So all my stuff is still locked in the school and I won't be able to get it until tomorrow morning. Good grief!

Well, my birthday was yesterday, and I had fun! We went to a park at the end and had a barbecue, and I got to play on the swings! I love swinging! Its so much fun. If you haven't done it since Elementary school, just go do it. So now I'm sixteen! Scary!

So what did you guys all do for Memorial day weekend? How did your day go today?

   Bleah
My aunt and uncle and their five boys arrived last night to spend the weekend here... and my other aunt and uncle left their five kids with us so they could go and have a weekend together... So I have 8 boy cousins and two girl cousins, plus my two brother and two sisters. The girls are outnumbered two to one!
So that sucks. But its my birthday on Monday so yay! Do you guys have anything planned for your weekend?

   La la... la.... zzzzzz
Hey guys, sorry I haven't been posting anything lately. I've been busy, and haven't had much time on the computer as of late. I know I haven't been around to everyone's sites (maybe once in the last week and a half) and I'm trying really hard.

As we all know, finals are coming up for most people, so we're all busy. I totally understand, since this is what is happening to me. Wednesday, Thursday and Friday I get out early so I should have tons of computer time (granted my parents don't ground me for it...) and time to get to everyone's sites then. Every day! Yay!

And I did empty my inbox, but no one has PM'd me back... So it is empty! Very much so!

Let's see... we had our last orchestra concert on Monday, and it was a total blast. We played Finlandia and Pirates of the Carribbean, and I had to play trumpet (but the bass line was better :P) and the neat thing is that I hit all of my high notes and played LOUD!!! w00t! So I totally blew the crowd away. *dances around* The concert overall was totally amazing.

Anywho, I think that's everything important that I wanted to mention... How have you guys been as of late?

   At school again...
Hello all, I'm at school again... Probably shouldn't be but oh well..

Anywho, I was updating my little profile deal up top and realised that I've been "working" on Mew Symphony for a while now... And I thought, "Well, I'll just wait, cuz aragorn1014 said she wanted to draw Symphony with her own idea for a color scheme... but she's takin an aweful long time (not that I mind)..."

So I was thinking, "Maybe I could host a contest."

What do you guys think? Honestly? Would you enter? And I would make it really simple, and it you want, you could print off the picture I've already submitted and color that and resubmit it. I wouldn't mind that at all.

Like I said, though, my only problem is that no one would enter. I'm serious. I've tried to do stuff similar to this in the past, on different sites, and no one has entered.

So, obviously, today's questions are:
1. Would you guys enter a contest if I had one?
2. If you needed time to enter, like, "start the contest on this date" what would it be? Cuz I know alot of people don't do contests cuz there are a ton of other people already doing them...
3. How long do you think I should make it last (if you said you would enter)?

   lol I'm at school XD
Yeah I'm posting from school ^^ I'm in Digital Video, and we're waiting for our iMovie to catch up so we can work on it, but its taking a freakin eon cuz we have to wait like a loooooooooooong time for it to import all our clips. Oh well more fun for me ^^

So I had a band concert on Tuesday, and it was totally amazing! I don't know how well the Freshmen and Concert bands did (although the concert band peeps said they totally rocked) but the Symphonic band was amazing! We totally did everything right, and everyone's solos went almost perfect, and I only missed one entrance and I hit the high note at the end of one song! I couldn't do that for contest.... and I was disappointed. It means alot to me since I'm first chair, soo... yeah.

And that's all I have time for cuz the bell's gonna ring. If I have time I'll post more later ^^

   I got tagged! Again (lol)
So sefaa3 tagged me (aragorn1014 tagged her) so I have to list six more things! I bet your sick of this right?

1. I love cats, I think they are so adorable!!! >^.^<
2. I had a stalker at one point and it was freakin' annoying! So I totally hate stalkers!
3. The very first picture I ever drew (anime wise, of course) was of Shirahime from Angelic Layer
4. I love fantasy! I read and write it! *heart*
5. I love classical music as much as I do regular music
6. To be honest with you I dont like fanfics much just cause all the ones I read sucked! It was all like, KuroganexFai stories (I searched for Tsubasa fanfics and hated all of them!)

Tag! You're it!
Oh my gosh! I actually got tagged! From aragorn1014 and I'm so excited! I never get tagged! I'm supposed to list six things about myself and tag six other people.

Ok here goes.
1. I play a grand total of four instruments: piano, trumpet, bass, and oboe, which means I participate in two bands plus orchestra. And I love every minute of it ^^
2. I think I have more friends on Otaku than real life, and they all rock!
3. My bestest best friend in real life lives in Florida, which really sucks
4. I am the oldest, I have two younger sisters and two younger brothers
5. I am writing my own story, and currently it consists of around 40+ pages, and I'm on Ch. 4
6. The name under "Real Name" on the sidebar isn't my real name; its actually the name of one of my main characters in my story. My real name is too boring ^^

   Boom Boom
Yeah so I remembered this funny thing that happened in band class the other day (Like, on Thursday) but it was pretty funny, so I'll share it XD

So about a week ago or whatever there was a sub in band (I wasn't there cuz I had orchestra that day), and you know how music subs are right? They can kinda direct and all, but not really. So we're playing Riverdance, and there's a section for percussion on it called Thunder and Lightning, and its all percussion. So the director was like (according to my sources) "Ok percussion, do your thing, show off, whatever." So they begin their little section and a little ways in they evolve into "Boom Boom" which would be a Drumline cadenza for, like pep band. So the director's like "now wait a second, that's not written!" and the band was all crackin' up.

Needless to say the percussion section got chewed out for that.

So last Thursday (I was there this time) we were sitting there, and there's another sub. Our teacher was loading up equipment for the All-State Jazz Band trip, so he was still there when we played. Lo and behold, we decide to play Riverdance. So we get to the Thunder and Lightning part and a few lines in our teacher comes running in from his office, literally running, and he stands there with his arms crossed watching the percussion as they play it. It was the funniest thing, and we sat there and laughed the entire way through it.

So band class is a gag reel. But when we get to concerts the change that comes over us (especially the percussion) is amazing. Suddenly we are professional and everything. So our band pretty much rocks. It rocks your band, in fact. You guys can't win. So there. (lol)
