   Its over!
Hallelujah!!! Pep band is over! We did win both games yesterday- it was a double header. I was at the school from seven-thirty in the morning to eight at night. And then it snowed, so my grandmother drove very slowly, so I didn't get home until nine. Then I stayed up to talk to my parents for half and hour, then had to take a shower and had a snack, and went to bed. At ten forty-five. I am soooooo tired. I had pep band on Monday and Tuesday, both late at night. It sucks. Really bad.

And I am also possessed with a dilemma: I need to fit Jazz Band into my already full schedule for next year, and I'm seriously considering actually doing marching band. Seriously. (Despite my lack of coordination.)

So that's what's new. My life is a scream, ain't it?

   Yaaar...
Nothing new. Just pep band; I have it tonight, Monday, and Tuesday. Its all for basketball, though, so at least I can laugh at the losing team. We've had to play at some of the wrestling matches, and that really sucks.

I'm also trying to find time to work on more pics, and I'm sure if I decided to get my lazy butt off of the computer, then I could get something done. But then again aren't we all subject to these kinds of things?

   THEY CANCELLED SCHOOL!!!! w00t!
Ok, so I am so psyched. They cancelled school today because of the terrible weather conditions. The roads were terrible and horridly icy (I almost fell down my front steps; they were coated with about an inch of ice). But the ironic thing is that if they had called a two hour late start, then the roads were fine. But they freaked and cancelled it, and granted us instead of a three day weekend it became a four day weekend!!! (I already had Monday off) So I am incredibly happy and ended up getting eight hours of sleep instead of five and a half.

I also attended the most wonderful concert last night at school. One of our mallet players did his amazing solo (with five mallets; one would think four is enough) and our Drumline played their awesome song and our Chamber Orch played, and, finally, they combined to play Carmen. It was soooooo amazing! I was in it, but was with a rather crappy brass choir, and we all knew we sucked, so they put us at the beginning. So it started like crap and ended beautifully. Wow, it was amazing.

So I'm double happy, and don't know why I post this crap cause no one reads it. Anywho, its almost eleven PM, so I'm off to bed. (Maybe.)

   I'm baaaaaaack!
Well, after a long, unexcused absence that has just been stopped by Finals Week, I have returned to bug y'all once again!

So I have gotten nothing done, although I've plowed ahead and started my story, which got the first almost fifteen pages done the last five days of Christmas break, and I've gotten maybe three more pages done since then. You have to admit, school sucks. The only thing that's good in there is the music classes.

Speaking of, I am currently concert-free! I got All-State Orchestra done, and an orchestra concert before that. I just recently had my band concert, and right before that a Christmas concert, in the which I couldn't play bass, despite the fact that I would have preferred it in this situation...

So I'm back, and hopefully will get a chance to scan and post a piccie someday soon... Thanks to all those who have signed my GB and all those who do in the future!
