Can't change layout

UGH! I'm so frustrated because I can't change the layout or any changes while I'm at it. Every time I try, it screws it up. So basicly no new layout unless one of my trusty friendsh help. ><

This just in peeps, the layout should be up tomorrow because the comp. guy just called and told me he'll send me an e-mail on how to delete me virus! ^^ So I hope you enjoy the new layout soon my best yet just like with my site.
