My Day
Hi. My day was average. What sucked was that I had to switch lunches to work on some science. And I didn't even get it done, either, because a.) it was loud in there, b.) there was a meeting in there (with students, not teachers), and c.) I didn't really understand the work anyway.
When I woke up this morning, I had this really cool red mark by my eye (probably because I slept wrong), and it looked like something out of an Anime/Manga. Unfortunately, it disappeared by the end of second period. *cries* :)
My day went pretty well. I had to make up a quiz in history because I was sick with a sore throat last week (except for Thursday and Friday). I think I got a 90 or 100 on it. Then I took two quizzes in Spanish (which I think I also got a 100 on!). Finally, in Math, I got my dilation project back. Guess what I got! 105!!!! Woohoo! My grade in there is already around 98-99. My grade in there is probably REALLY high now! :)
Last night I watched American Pie 2. It was hilarious. My mom was like, "I don't think this is very appropriate." Well, gee, what was the rating in the top left-hand corner of the TV screen? TV-14. How old am I? 14, nearly 15! My brother was saying, "Well, I'm almost 13." Then he said later, "I'm almost 14." Wow, he aged 2 years in a few hours! (not.) Amazing! (In case you haven't noticed by now, I'm being sarcastic.) BTW, he's almost 13, not 14.
During history today, we were discussing how one of the presidents died in the 1800s (I can't remember which one, but he suggested that California submit a plan for statehood, skipping the territory stage. That's all I remember about him). Anyway, he apparently died from food poisoning after eating some bad cherries. This one girl in my class was like, "Were there... oh what were they called? Oh yeah! Were there transvestites in them?" My entire class started laughing. It was hilarious! I was like, "Uhhh, do you mean "parasites"?" And she was like, "Yeah, that's it!" It was soooo FUNNY!!
Today I went to Target after school and bought some South Park pants. I LOVE South Park! It's hilarious!
Well, I have to go and work on my research paper for English. I have to present on Friday.
