Finals week and the Holidays...

So yeah. This week is finals week. Already got a final out of the way though! The math one. It was really easy. I mean, they're just exponential functions and stuff! Nothing really hard!

And we've got our tree up. It looks nice. Good tinsil and lights and all our ornamints(sp?) on the tree or around the room. I even have my window valance hung with tinsil! Yay!

Satruday was the Yankee swap for Mom's work. We had it at the place where we always have it, Amy's house. I didn't eat much for dinner, because I had had too many pieces of bread earlier. I went home with a bunch of orniments(sp?). (Like we need any more!) I'll be taking those when I move out, as well as the angel coir(sp?) that I got last year. And the star / snowflake / flower orniment that Grandma Anne gave to me.

The window continued.

Silas looked with satisfaction at the shocked messenger. "You sure you don't want an apple?" he asked again, having the tree move a branch closer to the man.
The man just stutterd in shock. "H-how can you do that?"
"Simple," Silas replied with a grin. "All plants really like me, and will do what I request. Plants are living beings, you know." He patted the apple tree fondly.

A window.

Here's the background: Adish (a firebender character of mine), Iroh, and Fonda (an earthbender character of mine) are fighting Azula inside the Earth King's Palace in BaXingXe. Silas (a plant manipluator of mine) is being door warden. He has Zuko, Mai, and Ty Lee tied up in vines (as well as several dozed Dai Li agents) and is trying to get them to talk to him. We enter the scene with a Dai Li messenger from the wall. Oh, and I'm just gonna pretend that thy don't have apples in Avatarverse.

The Dai Li messenger panted as he ran up the steps to the palace. As he reached the top, he cried, "I have a message for Lady Azula!" He stopped short, however, when his eyes met the scene there. Thick vines blocked the grand doors to the palace. He saw his comrads tied up in the same vines, hung like fruit among the collums. But up near the doors was the most shocking thing of all. Lady Azula's two frieds and brother were also hanging upsidedown. But there was also a young man lounging benieth a strange tree, eating a red fruit.
The young man looked up and hailed the messenger. "Hello there," he called. "Would you like an apple?"
"I have a message for Lady Azula," the messenger called back uncertainly.
"Oh, that pyro is a tied up a the moment," the young man replied.

Questions on Bodily functions

Why do my eyes hurt
after being at the computer
for a while?

This week in anime news. (AKA my rant on the newest eppys.)

This week in Avater news!
Zuko has pulled a Darth Vader! And Nice Zuko was creepy... Wanted to smack him. And I'm glad Katara didn't heal his scar. Scarless Zuko is... just wrong. The scar completes him. And Azula in green... kinda strange. That "divine right to rule, inborn power, you are nothing" speech to Long Feng that Azula delivered made me want to puke or smack her. She is so wrong! And Toph can metal bend! Toph can metal bend! Horray! *jumps for joy* I am so mad at Zuko. He hates Azula! Why betray Uncle and join her?! Aaag!

This week in Naruto news!
So Shikamaru gave up. Who here was susprised? I wasn't, but then again, I knew he would since I got the SJ where that happened a few months ago. And the show is catching up with the manga. Will it overtake it? Depends on how the story is constructed, and how they transfered the storyline from paper to moving pictures.
