Poems for the masses!

I will not talk about myself today (even though the morning was abysmil). I will instead post poems!

Shadii’s Musings

Perhaps this life
Is getting to me
I am no longer content
To be alone.

That shadow game
With the Pharaoh
Taught me something
Bonds with true friends
Are harder than diamond.

And I,
The friendless,
Wander the centuries
Alone.

I do have my duty
To keep me company.
Watching over the Millennium Items
For all eternity.

My hobby
If you could call it that
Is punishing
Egyptologists;
Modern grave robbers.

For a moment
My mind rests on
Ishizu, holder of the
Millennium Necklace.

But no,
I push that thought away.
She would die
All too soon,
And my heart would break.

But, besides perhaps her,
No one thinks much of me.
Even if people watched this world
They would think of me
As only this:
Evil; mysterious; sinister.

Sometimes,
Before Pharaoh changed my mind,
I would feel a mind reach out to me
Several times over several centuries,
Always the same mind.

I wish it would come back,
Now that I have truly realized
Just how
Lonely
I
Am.

Wing Wishes

I wish I had wings.
Not feathery,
Like the angles’,
Or the Mexican Amphithere’s.

No.
I want wings,
Like the wondrous European Dragon,
Great and leathery.

And with them would come,
The strength to fly.
To fly into the sky,
And forget the world for a while.

I wish for wings,
To fold around myself
When I am cold
Or lonely,

To shade my eyes with
Against a bright light.

I wish I had wings.

Tail Wishes

I wish I had a tail.
Long enough
To hit someone
I was annoyed with.

Flexible enough
To lash
When I was
Angry.

Nimble enough
To curl
With pleasure.

Not strong enough,
However,
To pick someone up
And shake them,
Like Galaxies can.

And furry,
Like those the Saiyans have,
So I could warm myself with it
On cold nights.

I wish I had a tail.

Well, those are some of my poems. Doesn't the end of Shadii's Musings just get you in the heart? Well, it does for me. I wrote Wing Wishes and Tail Wishes as a set, by the way.

Horribleness horribleness horribleness!

I hate uderclassman awards. Hate them, hate them, hate them! Especially since I NEVER win any awards. And next year I won't either, becuase I'm stupid! And then there will be no more chances... (I'm not gonna cry, I'm not gonna cry, I'm not gonna cry, I did that earlier, I'm not gonna cry.)

Because the damn antivirus thing expired, I can't visit you at home, and because my earned time card was taken away all because of a little temper tantrum that WASN'T MY FAULT, damnit!

But I'm here now, so I will procede to visit you guys. See ja. *slips off*

'A right. Things to tell youse guys.

Item number 1: poetry reading on Wensday for CW.
I read three of my poems. They were Wing Wishes, Tail Wishes, and Three Kinds of Lists. I wore my cloak up onto stage, and everybody loved it! Ha ha! Mr. G was there, and Mrs. Lambert stayed for mine. They said I did really good! ^^ Me happy about that... Really happy... ^_^

Item number 2: I presented my History Project today. People said I did good. Heh heh... I had a power point (which I presented) and an essay (which I passed in). Was nice.

   Oh, the wonderfullness of IEP meatings where I get to hang in the library...

Mom n' Dad n' Mz. Lambert (skills teacher) n' Kerry Shnell (head of the Special Ed department) n' a few other people are behind closed doors right now revising my *dum dum dum!* Individual Education Plan! I love surfing on the net in the library while they do this! (They always throw me out at 3:30, when the library closes. Meh.)

Don't you wish you had contact with The Fey? The primordial forces of wildness and chaos! Sometimes I think I'm a changeling, I'm so different from those around me... Meh, meh, meh. ^^'

An image I've had in my head for a while:
Two strange men in sunglasses run up to the edge of the cliff. One has black hair and beard with bright streaks of white. He also has a shifting-colored pendant on a small chain around his neck. The other has blond hair streaked with red, and has on a fighter's outfit. They both have olive skin. They look up to see a battle of dragons being fought in the sky. They both know this battle is wrong. They look at eachother, then back at the woods where men struggle to get through the thick undergrowth, trying to catch up. Then, they once again to the battle in the sky. They look at eachother again, nod, and jump off the cliff.
As the men burst out of the forrest, they see the two strange men jump off the clif and rise up again as brightly colored dragons to stop the fight in the sky.

Well, that image certainly evolved... Well, that's that. See ja! *slips off*

A short description of some of my characters...

Marletta: currently junior captian of the Immortality. Mentor to the Ladies Three. Had the bad luck in her days of an opertave to fall in love with a long string of unfortunite mortals. Is suspected to be having an affair with her cheif lutinent, Maranos.

Re'anna: lutinent to Captian Marletta. Mainly advisor, bickers all the time with Moxis.

Moxis: lutinent to Captian Marletta. Along with Re'anna, has known Marletta through their days as initial training. (They marked themselves as prodiges when they finished it in only 1000 years)

Maranos: lutinent to Captian Marletta. Met her when she became a Neg Hunter. Is suspected as having an afair with her. Very controled and stubborn.

The Ladies Three: Marletta's personal agents. They consitst of Mina (the wise), Ki'wana (the happy), and Aronna (the proud).

Tutoring and other news

Well, I've tutoring now. For English and History, classes where I was getting upset in. I'm out of the classroom now, so that's good. The guy that's tutoring me is Jesse, a really nice aid. He's transforming this middle ages epic into a play. Is cool. He's also aid in my Creative Writing class now. Is cool. He helped me to pick out pieces that I'm gonna read at the Public Reading at the school on the 25th. It'll be cool. Mom's making cookies. ^_^

And, in other news, I'm am no longer in love with Shadii. Yes, that's sad. You always think you'll love them forever, you know? And then, when you don't... It's sad. So, I am in love with no one right now. I do still have endless respect for that strange Egyptain. *sad smile* Yeah...

Oh, I had a bad day at school today...

I've been getting upset often lately, so I'm having a bit of a vacation. And the end of school is so close... So close!

Nakor the Islani is the coolest guy ever to grace the world of Midkemia. I'm searious. He is a semi-magicain that pulls his "tricks" from a burlap bag. SO COOL!!!!! Do you think I'm in love? Nah...

In other, happier news, I got a 98 on my progress report for Math! ^^ Oh happiness... I got a 100 on my homework, a 101 on the test (all because of the bonus question), and a 93 on the quizzes. I do good, man, I do good. ^^

I've got a bit more time, so I'll visit your sites now.

Today's task: purning.

Well, I've been having a bad time at school, so that's why I haven't been on. Sorry. Mph.

I've pruned some fanlistings. ^^' There was a bit to much there, and they were bolcking the pics I wanted to post from time to time. (i.e., the 500 hits pic below.) The friend banner too. ^^' Yeah, I hope it works.

   I remember the days of Sophmore testing...

Fortunitely, I'm a Junior now, so I don't have to do that. ^^ Also fortunitely, I now can be in the library and surf away because I had Skills right now, but the teacher is busy helping Sophmores. ^^ Therefore, I would have to sit in the Caf doing nothing since I finished my book, but I've earned time, so I can come up here. Cool, ja?

To fly... I WANT TO FLY!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! ^^' Okay. Right. Moving on...
