There was so little to do at work today!

There were hardly any returns, and sweep went fas, as well as wand in. And there was hardly any preshelving. Just some browsing and reference. So everything got put away before 10! After my break I helped the brothers shift the Ps. (The Ps are the literature section. We're in the PSs, the American fic section.) So, yeah. Got some shifting done, shelved some over sized books. Luckily no folio (huge books), they're heavy!

Guess what happened about... 10 minutes ago?

My chicken selects from Mickey D's wanted to see the light of day again. They came up. And this is the first time McDomalds' food has made me puke. It must be because it's that time of the month for me. Oog, my lower abdomen.

By the way, I think this guy on Gaia is flirting with me... *shifty eyes* I'm not too sure though. I'll get back to you on that...

Happy b-day, America!

And my b-day is tomorrow! Hope everyone can wish me a happy birthday. I got to go to concord yesterday! Yay! Got two new manga and more Naruto collectible cards, as well as the current Newtype USA and a nice new shirt. It has all the headband symbols of the major villages of the Narutoverse!
(A quick Naruto lesson: only the leaders of Leaf, Sand, Mist, Cloud, and Rock villages are called kage, or shadow. Therefore, Orochimaru, leader of Sound, is not the Otokage. *passes out pocky to whoever gets it.)

On the pocky note, Shop'n'Save has pocky now! Yays! Oh yeah, the store's named Hanaferd(sp?) now, but I still think of it as Shop'n'Save.

Friend is over!

Two items of news today, Hezza-chan is over, and my brother is leaving at about 1 this morning to go to VT to get on a bus to catch a plane and go to Japan. He's damn lucky.

So yeah, she types slow. I type like lightning, fast and exact. Except I make mistakes sometimes. Who doesn't?

A curse against the heat

May this heat be sent to the depths of HIFL, Dante's Seven hells, the Oort cloud, the Insane Outlands of Chaos,the Twin Desecrated Glades, the Prison of Insanity, the Vorticies of Sadness, the Eight Steel Limbos, the Second Limbo of Misery, and the Unthinkable Gauntlet of Sinners. May it turn puce with puke brown poka dots and mauve plaid stripes. May lawyers be summoned to drain it of its funds, may bad hairdressers be called to mess its hair into horridness! May Raine Sage (of Tales of Symphonia), Rain(sp?) (of Mortal Kombat), and the giant fan used to put out ChiChi's dad's house at the end of Dragon Ball (not Z or GT) be summoned to destroy it!

Home alone!

Yeah, so I'm definitely home alone. The parents and Phoenix (my bro) have gone to Vermont for a People to People meeting. Yeah, Phoenix's going to Japan with them. (Lucky lucky lucky lucky!) So he's leaving in less than a week, and this picnic is about everyone meeting everyone else and saying goodbye.
Phoenix is really disappointed that he won't be visiting Nintendo HQ. He said that the whole reason he wanted to go was that. Too bad.
