Yay! I have a fangirl!
Ok. So my story only has one review. It's a good one, though, and she's now my one and only fangirl. Also, she drew fanart of what she feels the main character might look like. She's actually pretty close! If you want to see, just copy/paste

   geesh.
Man. I'm glad I got that out of my system. I finished it. The fixation has been purged. Now, I can be pseudo-normal again. All in all, I'd say that the story turned out pretty good. I left it kind of hanging, so that I can do a sequel. So, If you were waiting for it to be finished before reading it, you now have absolutely no excuse. It is finished, so go to

   Another 'up until I can't see anymore night' for no reason at all.
That's right, folks. It's ten until four a.m., and I'm STILL AWAKE. I just finished looking at more Naruto crack art, and I love it. Especially the Gaara on the Prowl...it was cute, even though I'm not really into yaoi.

I have also placed chapters 1-9 of 'A Cloud for Konoha on www.narutofic.net, so if you wanna look at 'em, you're welcome to do so. Comments, reviews, flamage, whatever. There are only 2 original characters in the entire story, so those are the ones I'm really thinking of, although one of them is really minor, and kinda sux. Someone please read it. It isn't THAT long.

Begging is not beneath me. I'm doing it right now. Please? Feedback is a wonderful thing.

But ANYWAY...

I can't work on it for the time being, or at least I shouldn't. I think it'll drive me, though, cause I left it hangin. There are loose ends to tie up, and until I do that, I'm not sure what'll happen in my brain. Oh, and there's an opening for a nice crackfic associated with a scene in *wracks brain* Chapter eight, I think.

But then again, for me, writing this thing has been crack.

   Disturbed?
Who, me?

Well, I never said I was normal, now, did I? I terrorized most of the shop girls at the outdoor mall today, and they all think I'm a total nuisance~!!! Yay for harrassment of sorority chicks!

Anyhow, I spent SOOOO much $$ today, I think I won't be able to eat for a while...

Ann Taylor Loft is really pricy. I got stuff on sale and it was still $99.00 even. I got my car de-gasoline-ified, and it cost me $99.95. So, basically, I spent just shy of $200.00 today, and all while dealing with sorority chicks. I'm just proud that I didn't snap and kill them all...

   Funniest thing ever in the history of the universe.
If you go to the Deviantart website, you'll find some pretty crazy stuff. But I found an artist who does almost excusively fan art, with a concentration on Naruto. This person does crossover, yaoi, and a lot of really funny stuff. Here's an example... cut, paste, and hold on to your hats!!!

So read, enjoy, and forgive any loss of continuity, because it's an alternate storyline. Also, the begining is a little slow at first (please forgive the exposition), I'll be the first to admit.

I finally figured out a title, too. I decided to call it "A Cloud for Konoha," since the main character is a former Cloud jounin.

Now it is time for bed. I'll be editing the next chapter and putting it up on Saturday.

   Ok, so I can't help myself.
I can't wait to share. Here's a short excerpt from the as yet third-to last chapter (but that doesn't matter, because it's a flashback sortof, and it's my favorite part.

When Sakura and Naruto had come back from their mission to retrieve Gaara, Naruto and Sasuke had an all-out fight, resulting in a draw, as usual. Sakura had tended both of their wounds, which were numerous. She had calmly borne all of Naruto’s complaints about the ointments she used having too much sting, and even smiled as she worked. In spite of her annoyance with him, she really had developed a fondness for the loud shinobi. Naruto had gone home, and Amaya had just arrived at Sasuke’s house when she began to tend his wounds.
Before she rounded the corner, she heard them talking, and stopped.
“Sakura-san…”
“Yes, Sasuke-kun?” Sakura’s voice was calm, with no hint at all of her former excess of excitement for him.
“Are you and Naruto…together now?” He nearly stammered over the last bit. There was a clatter as Sakura dropped a bottle of ointment onto the floor.
“Ah…” Sakura seemed to be at a loss for words. She didn’t need to be able to see the two of them to know that both of them were blushing furiously, but neither of them could look at the other.
“Gomen, Sakura-san. It isn’t my place to ask. I only wondered because…you seem to like him more now, and you…helped him first.” Sasuke’s voice at this point had begun to sound very unsure. Amaya mentally willed him to knock it off, to be more confident in himself. Was this the same person who went toe to toe with a Legendary Sannin? “Gomen, Sakura-san. I won’t mention it again.”
“NO.” Sakura’s voice had taken on a firm tone.
“W-what?”
“I mean, no, Naruto and I are not—“ Sakura’s voice was still calm and firm, but she did not finish.
“Oh. Ok.” Sasuke’s tone was much lower, and seemed more calm.
Amaya backed herself down the hallway silently, and then started walking back toward the living room, where the two of them were. This time, she let herself be heard coming down the hall. When she got to the doorway of the living room, they were seated three feet apart on the couch. Their hands were folded in their laps, and they were looking away from one another. They were the very picture of innocence. There was only one problem. They were both blushing, and Sasuke’s ears had turned red.
“Sasuke-chan, were you fighting with Naruto-kun?” Amaya asked in an accusatory tone.
“Gomen, onehsan.” He mumbled, and looked at the floor.
She sighed, and then turned to Sakura. “Take care of this block-head, will you Sakura-chan? I don’t know what to do with him.”
“Hai!” Sakura squeaked. She snuck a glance at Sasuke, who was staring at Amaya in disbelief.
His adopted sister flashed him a mischevious grin and waved at him as she left the room, “Bye, Sasuke-chan! Have fun, and no more stupid fights with Naruto!”

   Fan fiction
Ok. So I'm nowhere near done with my fan fiction. BUT, I am going to be posting the first chapter on fanfiction.net as soon as it will let me. It has a 3 day waiting period. WTF? The only problem I have is whether I should put that there's adult content.
There's no gory detail, and no actual sex. There is, however, the fact that this person we're talking about is the one of the best at what she calls 'seduction art,' which basically allows her to pit men against one another beautifully. She can be really sweet, and proper, but she's got a foul mouth, and a really silly side. One of her favorite things is smacking the crap out of Sasuke (don't we all wish we could do that sometimes? maybe I'm just projecting with that) when he goes into self-pity mode.
So all in all, I'm not REALLY thinking that an adult content warning is really all that necessary, though there is a lot of innuendo, especially between the main character and Yakushi Kabuto. Ooops. Don't wanna give too much away.

   I'm tired.
Too much writing. Because of my fanfiction, I've got Naruto on the brain. I am really having way too much fun manipulating these characters. For instance, Kiba insinuates that Shikamaru might be more than just one of Tsunade's "advisors," and they have a lovely exchange at the end of which Kiba says, "Bite me, Shikamaru." I love it when people use that phrase, and it's classic for Kiba to say, though I've not heard him use it yet. It's the little things that make me want to keep this thing going until the end. It's getting a bit long, now. In three days, I've written 39 pages. I know that seems like a lot, but a lot has happened, and I'm already editing. Most of the first chapter is going to be taken out, since it's got absolutely nothing to do with the rest of the story, and you have to wait four pages before any of the existing Naruto characters show up. Yep, that's a reason to cut that out.

Anyway, I'll stop rambling and go to bed now.

   The life of a fangirl...hehehe.
Well, I was trying to figure out what I was going to do with the monstrous project that is my fanfiction. It is now nearing 25 pages in length, and that's only the point of view that I have right now. After I'm done with the POV of the main character, I'll be filling out the gaps with secondary characters.

Right now, I'm trying to get the story to its logical conclusion, or rather wonderfully illogical conclusion...The three main characters have about a month left until the climax of the story. I figure, if all else fails, I'll post it on fanfiction.net, and be done with it. The whole thing should be about six (?) chapters once I'm done.

Basic breakdown:
--Orochimaru in love (and wanting to start a family, eek!)
--Kabuto in love
--Sasuke having a change of heart (about damned time)
--Mutiny in the Hidden Village of Sound
--Kabuto's redemption
--Sasuke's return to Konoha

That's the basic plot outline, or at least the main points. There's some interesting stuff in there, like a little insight (mine) into Sasuke's stupid ass vengence, and how he didn't really think things through when he went with Orochimaru. Also, I think I'll throw in a little SasuSaku action at the end, just because I want her to grind him down.

So, when I've finished, I'll try posting it, and hopefully, I don't get flamed too badly.
