 First advice collum
this is the fist advice collum. this weeks advice is to take stuff easy and pase yourself when working on stories or homework. find a way that helps you concetrate.and take a 5 minit break between a sign ments. clinical studies have shown that when you take a short brake that it helps you learn more. when there is a test study for only 20 minits a night. studies have shown that the adult attention span is only 20 minites long. take a 15 minite break before you due your homework. and it is best to do you homework after school. thats it until next week for Wizzard's Advice Callum.
