Advice day: Relaxation
Relaxing a hard thing too do. Especially when you have several things that you have to do or are worrying about. What you need to do is find a calm and quit activity. There are three types of relaxation categories with activities in them. Self, group, and ether or.
Setup: the thing that you need to realize is that if you want music it is best to have ether classical or some thing that has the strings (not eclectic guitar or any thing that is blasted) (the appetite stings that are found in an orcristra area) or the winds (flute, piccolo, clarinet etc), and to get away from electronics such as the computer, video games, television. Things like that.
Types: Self- These are activities that are or usually done by yourself. Drawing, painting reading, writing a story, meditating, journal taking, and card game similarly to thing like solitaire or free cell: or laying it the sun.
Group- these activities involve more then one person. Intellectual Conversations, card games such as go fish, ucker, gin rummy, rummy, rook, hearts, etc; or picnics are some examples.
Ether or- these are thing that can be done with a group or with others. Examples are jogging, walking, any thing that that is found in self, or acting.
This thing help relive stress and helps you feel more at one with your surroundings. You also feel more at peace and able to focus on what you need to get accomplished.
