Terrorize this!

I haven't been on a whole lot in the past couple days, which I apologize for. But I've been having a rough time lately, and the weekend was entirely too short with entirely too much drama. Honestly, men are just as bitchy and moody as we are. They don't even need the PMS.

And naturally, to add to the loveliness, my dog is apparently very sick. She went to the vet recently, and her hips are always pretty sore from the check ups they do (she has bad hips anyway), but I guess she hasn't been moving well at all. My dad told me tonight that he and my brother literally had to carry her in from the pool deck the other night because she just didn't want to move. He also said that she hasn't been eating well at all and that she hasn't really touched her food since Thursday. She's been coughing a lot, and is generally doing bad.

I'm going home Labor Day Weekend, as we had planned from the start of the year, but now the reasons are entirely different. I'm really, really scared (as silly as it may seem to others) that this could be the last time I see my dog. On top of all the other crap that's happened this weekend, I certainly can't deal very well with this latest bit of news.

Otherwise, the first week of school went pretty well. Half of my classes aren't what I thought they were at all, but it's turned out all right. It's been exhausting though, and this weekend added to it, if anything. I am truly back to the college life. ^_^;;

What about the rest of you? I know some of you probably haven't started yet, but for those who have, what's your first week been like? Any interesting experiences? For those who haven't, what are your concerns? What are you looking forward to? It'd be cool to see what everybody's thoughts are.
