Questions, continued.

Shin's Questions 1) Now it's YOUR turn to make that CD >:o (and don't take the one that I made and would send to you, you cheat) I guess I deserved this, but still. Jerk. 1. You Think I Ain’t Worth A Dollar But I Feel Like A Millionaire – Queens of the Stone Age. This is one of my favorite opening songs ever. First of all, the very beginning always makes me giggle. And then the song has so much energy – the perfect thing to get you going. Especially if it’s morning. O_O;; 2. Time Is Running Out – Muse. Okay, you knew they had to be on here. And this was the first song that Tony gave me, thus the first song I heard from them, and so it will always hold a special place in my heart. That, and it freaking kicks ass. 3. You’re So Real – Matchbox Twenty. There was a time in my life when this song had a sort of funky but personal reference to me, and even now when I listen to it, it makes me chuckle. It’s also just a lot of fun to listen to and/or sing into a hair brush whilst in my underwear. 4. Diamond Dogs – David Bowie. I love this song. And David Bowie rocks. That’s all there is to it, really. 5. Are You Gonna Be My Girl – JET. Now, they’re not exactly the greatest band that ever lived, but they’re FUN. And this song makes me wanna dance, no matter where I am. 6. Dream On – Aerosmith. I love this song. I don’t think I need to explain why. 7. Mad Season – Matchbox Twenty. One of my favorite songs by them. 8. California – Phantom Planet. I’ve loved this song for about a year and a half. It’s the best song to play in the car with your friends. Well, one of them. 9. Enter Sandman – Metallica. This is one of the coolest songs known to man. I don’t think I have any Metallica at all, which is actually sort of weird, since I’m a fan. I don’t really know how this sort of stuff happens, but it does. Their early stuff is way better. 10. Let That Be Enough – Switchfoot. The lyrics in this are just really pretty, and the guitar is so simple, but it fits so well. Me likes it. 11. Iris – Goo Goo Dolls. Okay, this had to make an appearance because it is one of my favorite songs of all time. It’s so beautiful and sad, and I’m a sucker for that kind of thing. 12. The Way You Look Tonight – Frank Sinatra. Hell yeah, he’s on this CD, hands down. And I feel like this song is the perfect “end” to a CD, especially with the whole “looking back” vibe it has. Bonus track!!: There’s nothing more exciting than hearing a great CD of a band you love, and just when you think you’ve listened to the whole thing, there’s suddenly another song. Eureka! So my bonus song would be Falling Down, by Muse, because it’s gorgeous and mellow and the perfect real end song. I think so, anyway. Okay, so that was pretty hard. There are a ton more songs that I’d add.. in fact, I would make different CDs with different themes. One would be my I’m So Angry I Want To Kill Somebody CD, one could be my Happy Happy Joy Joy CD, one could be a silly dance CD entitled You Threw Off My Groove…… and the list goes on. 2) If you could be any animal, which animal would you be and why? I haven’t the slightest idea. I don’t know if I could choose just one. I’d love to be a wild horse, cause I could eat and play and run all day and feel the wind in my hair (so poetic). Eagle, because I can fly. Word. Wolf, because they’re beautiful. A dog, because I would be loved (hopefully). Dolphins, maybe, cause they're intelligent but they seem to have quite a lot of fun. 3) If there's one thing you would like people to remember about you, what would that one thing be? I’d love it if all the people who knew me looked back and thought, “Man, that was a trip,” and then laugh for all the good times. 4) What's the first thing that pops into your head when you see good 'ol Mr. Shinmaru? (be nice...or not, it doesn't really matter lol) Run away! Monty Python style, of course. ^.~ Of course, when we get to hang out at Universal this summer I'm going to attack you, flying ninja style. 5) Are there any stereotypes about girls that you would like to debunk here and now? Actually, I think pretty much all of them are true. At least, I can’t think of any that really bother me or that don’t count for at least half of us. Not all girls want to get married and have kids. Not all girls want to be working women, either – they’d rather be moms. Half my female friends have burping contests, so yeah. Go figure. 6) Are there any stereotypes about guys that you would like to debunk here and now? (there are a lot of 'em :p) No, I rather like stereotyping guys. Hee hee hee. 7) Last question! If you could visit anywhere in the known universe (not just on Earth), where would you visit and why? I’d travel to the ends of the Universe (if they end, which is actually kind of controversial). Not only would I get to see what’s out there (and I mean really out there), I’d also get to see tons of stuff on the way. Like, if there's really an American flag on the moon. Or cheese, for that matter. Panda's Questions -Do you like to cook? I like to cook, although most people don’t like it when I cook. Until I threaten them with poison, at least. -If you saw someone breaking the law, would you report them? What if they were a close friend or family member? It depends on who they were and what they did. If it was something stupid, like stealing some gum, I wouldn’t care, no matter who they were. If it was killing somebody, I would report them, no matter who they were. The rest is gray matter. -What is the strangest request someone has made of you? Oh man, I have to think about this one. I’ve been told to act ghetto numerous times, and that never turns out well. A friend also requested that I dance like turkey on a chair around thanksgiving. -If you were to be crushed by a 10 tons of something, what would it be? Ice cream!! The strawberry shortcake kind at Marble Slab. That stuff is just so good – it’d be the only way to go. -If you were an anthropomorphic animal what would you be? Well, I’m not quite sure how many animals qualify as that. I’m guessing gorillas do, maybe chimps or some other sort of random monkey, but I don’t really want to be a monkey. I think I’ll just be a teenage mutant ninja turtle… that’s gotta count for something, right? Mitchie's Question Will you marry me? Sorry dahlink, but no can do.
