Happy Birthday, Mommy!!!
Today is May 20, 2006.
My mom's birthday is today. So, we went to "gamol"...SM Megamall....yup. It's actually evening here....so yeah. This morning, mom went out for some grocery shopping. She left at 12, and by six, we were all dressed up to go to the mall. She still wasn't home. We texted here, tried to call her phone but nobody answers. eek...I was so worried. Then mom showed up....hehehe...I thought something had happened to her...Phew...
So we went there. Along with my cousin who conviniently showed up that afternoon. Me and my big sister, little brother, and two cousins went to watch "Over the Hedge" while mommy and daddy watched the reincarnation.
After that, we went to Teriyaki Boy to eat. It was our favorite Japanese restaurant. My other cousin who was a boy was also conviniently there, he showed up, by coincidence, and ate with us. He was there first but he was just sitting up at front. As families do in most countries, i gave my cousin a kiss when we saw him at the restaurant. Two girls were chatting at a nearby table and as My cousin and I walked passed them, I heard them saying, "Ang bata naman ng girlfriend nito. Kahit bata, pinapatulan. Desperado siguro." Which in English meant "His girlfriend is so young. He actually goes out with kids? He must be despaerate." You see, my cousin was about twenty years of age or so. He graduated college a while back.
