back to school...break's over...*sniff*
Well, break's over, but, in all honesty, I am glad to be back home. It was odd living out of a suitcase at my own house...and sleeping on the couch in the living room...all around, just weird. Great Wolf Lodge was super cool, and I had fun w/ my friends while I was home, but it's nice to be settled in again.
Two recent bits of news followed by mixed emotions for each:
1. Found out last night that the guy I like doesn't like me back (however, I wasn't the one who talked to him about it, so I saved face.) I'd just been thinking that he probably isn't the best thing for me, so knowing that he doesn't like me is a really good excuse to make myself move on. However, I can't help the fact that I still like him, so we're in the "forcing self to get over him" phase. *shrugs* Shouldn't be too bad. (Not nearly as bad as getting over a break up!)
2. I'm not in the musical. Good b/c I'll keep having free time. Bad b/c I wanted to be in it. Also, looking back, I feel I did very well at the auditions and that I deserved a role. There are a couple of girls who made who I know cannot sing very well. However, that was someone else's decision, not mine. The important thing is that I did my best. We'll get through this. ^_~
